Beyond’s biggest show of the year was taken out in 2021 by a hurricane that never came to be. We’re running it back in 2022, with a huge crowd at the World Famous White Eagle! We have a ton of wild clashes on the card, ranging from hard hitting technical affair to what is hopefully going to be one of the best comedy matches Beyond has ever put together. Rich Palladino is your announcer. Paul Crockett and Sam Laterna own the commentary table tonight.  Worcester is ready for some action! Let’s goooooo!

Match 1: “The Wounded Owl” LuFisto vs “The Afropunk” Trish Adora

Crowd hot and back and forth for both these warriors as they hit the lockup after a respectful handshake. LuFisto powers Trish down and takes her on the arm drag express. Trish is up and fighting through the test of strength. Good northern lights and La magistral for a near fall. LuFistro decides to throw hands and Trish is happy to give them right back but gets battered into a draping crossbody and dropkick on the ropes. LuFisto walking her down with shots and gets a good foot choke in there. Flurry chest headbutts in the corner. Trish with a series of dodges and fires the crowd up! LuFisto dropped in the corner! Hip attack! Pull up bomb for two! Trish deadlifts LuFisto and hits a German for two! Trish baited into the corner, trips and eats buckle. Hip attack to a saito! Trish kicks out! Trish rips the protective tape off LuFisto’s shoulder. She gets tossed but LuFisto clearly felt that. She tries a butterfly but the shoulder gives out. Trish looks like she’s going for an air raid crash but sits into it and it’s a really cool submission. LuFisto out again, she tries the Burning Hammer but Trish slips out and applies a seated Cattle Mutilation and gets the tap out! What an opener!

Match 2: Fancy Nerds (Thomas Santell & Fancy Ryan Clancy) vs The Foundation (Rhett Titus & Hot Sauce Tracy Williams)

As Rich calls it, it’s time for a F***ING TAG TEAM MATCH! They play the Foundation’s three times for they don’t come out?!? What’s happening here. LOVE DOUG IS HERE?!? He apologizes for the Foundation not being here. In their place, the  most romantic tag team ever…

Match 2: Fancy Nerds (Thomas Santell & Fancy Ryan Clancy) vs “The Flirtation” (THE ROMANTIC TOUCH & THE TENDER WEAPON)

Lolololololololol. This is a wonderful surprise. You COULD call this team Sexy Foundation. IYKYK. They honor the code of love before they get to the graps. Romantic Touch and Fancy Clancy have a great back and forth. Tender Weapon is in and Santell stretches him good. Tender Weapon is really good on the ground and sends the nerd crawling for cover. Great atomic drop/lariat combo on Clancy for two. Tender Weapon using his posterior as a weapon in the corner. Huge Clancy clothesline! Tag to Santell! He’s making the save and some nerd double teams. Santell tries to keep it going but Romantic Touch is all over him. Big monkey flip to a face plant. Touch with a leapfrog arm breaker. It’s very…SUGGESTIVE. Santell in again and serving up atomic drops. The nerd has some swivel in those hips! Powerslam to Tender Weapon for two! The Flirtation hit a double reverse pedigree. Basically a giant tea bag. Clancy eats a wierd bronco buster. Romantic touch going for a brain buster for Santell saves it, Clancy with the rollup and Tender Weapon is distracted thinking he’s winning! The Fancy Nerds win!

Match 3: Rex Lawless vs Ryan Galeone

This is one of the fights I’ve been pretty excited for since it was announced. Two long time Beyond guys who have had a bit of a career resurgence in the last 6-8 months. The crowd is ready with chants for this HOSS FIGHT. “No hard feelings, let’s go” says Galeone as they start to trade thudding forearms. Rex is rocked but staying in Ryan’s face. double forearms and they both tumble from the ring! Charging across the floor, Rex eats a big boot! Lawless hits a huge dropkick and tries to go for some flip s*** but Rex knows about that. Hard back elbow and tries a moonsault but Rex gets stopped and kneed in the face! Hard chop to the chest echoes through the room. Rex tries running in but Galeone picks him up and and hits a backbreaker. Rex hits a diving headbutt flip to the outside!!! Slingshot codebreaker! Kick out! Lawless with a chokeslam! Both guys are staggered but not dead yet. Galeone with a high knee and pop up spine buster! Kick out! Crowd clapping hard for these guys. Galeone with the deadlift….Rex flips down to a code red!!! Lawless winding up….eats a kick and Galeone does his flip off the top and almost gets the pin!!! Rex hits a sitout bomb…Galeone up at one! Rex hits another bomb and a spear finally puts Galeone down for the three! This was a war!

Match 4: Becca (with Alec Price) vs Masha Slamovich

Alec Price is clearly not thrilled to be out here with Becca and the crowd chants for them to BREAKUP. Masha can barely stomach Becca’s antics. Becca right in to stomp and kick Masha. Masha with the flip over and ALMOST hits the piledriver. Becca runs for safety but pushes Price away and turns right into a flying Russian Dynamite. Masha with hair flips and hard kicks and Becca looks dead but even a corpse can buck at the two. Rich Palladino comes over the speakers because someone’s car is being towed…it’s Price’s?!? He panics and runs outside. Brilliant inside joke and a way to get him out of there. Becca is starting to show life again. Heavy clothesline for two! Masha with a great back hook kick and high knee! Becca is staggered, dropkick drapes her and Masha dropkicks her in the hang. Kick out! Becca with a backwards up kick to escape another piledriver attempt. Masha with an air raid crash into the buckles! Becca will not die! Head kicks a plenty. Big slam but Masha isn’t done. Gutwrench suplex off the buckles! Both are down! Masha back home and peppering Becca but she gets her leg picked…Becca with a single leg crab! Masha gets dragged to the center….she rolls it up for two. Masha grabs Becca and hits the package piledriver…Becca rolls to the floor! Masha gets her back in but it’s enough time to get a shoulder up. Becca counters a Rubix cube to a straight jacket slam and alligator clutch but Masha rolls free at the last moment. Masha tries to give chase but Becca blasts her in the face with a Fanny pack! The ref doesn’t catch it and she hits a 450 for the win! Becca got it done!

Match 5: “World Class” Sidney Bakabella (w/ Channing Thomas) vs Swoggle

This is MY most anticipated match of tonight. Swoggle drops a leg on the World Class robe. Lol. The crowd is VERY behind the king of small style. Channing Thomas quickly distracts Swoggle after a bunch of posing. Bakabella decks Swoggle with brass knuckles! Swoggle takes the three count?!? It’s over?!? CPA is out here to help and Swoggle says this isn’t over. This is going to be a WEE-LC match!!! It’s restarted! Bakabella eats a tiny ladder and a chair to the face! Channing Thomas clubs him down! CPA in here and brawling with CPA! Fake tie spot! Take off a shirt, trip up Channing repeatedly! The Graysons are out here and battering CPA with cookie sheet and kendo sticks! World Class stands tall but the Shook Crew music hits and Bryce Donovan and Bobby Orlando hit the ring! Channing thrown into a spear! Graysons double flapjacked! Set up some chairs but Channing swinging them to the ribs. Sick trick cutter into the chairs!!! Triple stack Channing and the Graysons with a trash can…Donovan dropkicks right into the can and mashed them all! Orlando chases Bakabella into the ring and he’s caught by the Shook Crew…Swoggle punches him right in the d***. The Graysons save the finish and Channing boots Swoggle in the head. Time for CPA to get beat up more. The taxman is fighting valiantly. Double flip on the Graysons right into a wet flor sign! Channing trying to wipe out Swoggle but gets bit. Tommy with a dropkick to a Swoggle trash canned. They set up to throw his wig and miss a people’s elbow! World Class exalted out, Swoggle has a wooden spoon and he stabs Sidney with it! This is just madness. Bakabella with a drop toe hold. That’s a wrestling move! Waterfall of nut shots! Low chainsaw sounds…what is happening….Swoggle is on a tiny toy bulldozer and “Lifts the ring and everyone falls down”. Lol. Shook Crew sets up a foot on chairs…Swoggle does a Roman reigns and everyone Shield bombs Bakabella through the door! Grayson save the pin this is STILL GOING LOLLLLL. Bryce with the black hole slam to Channing and back drops him through a door! Handspring enziguri! CPA with a powerbomb and another shit rip! He crunches numbers on JP! Tommy with a crutch shot! Bobby throwing punches and a cutter! Bobby to the top but Channing throws him through a chair!!! Swoggle makes Channing look up. Ball tap! Swoggle chokeslams Channing Thomas! Bakabella flies in and rolls up Swoggle for the win! Omggggg. This was absolutely nuts! The gents of World Class carry their leader in the back victorious. My bar for this match was “Would it be as good as Swoggle v Chuckie T five years ago?”. I’d say it was…and maybe then some! Easily one of my favorite comedy matches Beyond has ever done.

Winner: Everyone. But mostly Sidney Bakabella. 

Swoggle gets on the mic and says he’s having back surgery this week but he is COMING BACK. He needs to be here again. What a crazy match. Wow. Just wow. We go to intermission and a flustered Bakabella comes looking for that wig he threw away. 

Match 6: Waves & Curls & Even More Curls (Traevon Jordan & Jaelyn Brandyn & Willow Nightingale) vs The Righteous (Vincent, Dutch & Vita Vonstarr) 

I love the Righteous’ newer white gear. The powerhouses start this. Willow wants in with Dutch and he lets Vita tag herself in. The crowd thinks this was a bad idea for Vonstarr. Vita with a split dodge and Willow proves she can do one too…and gets kicked in the face. Willow right back with a scoop slam and hip attack. Low cross body for two! Willow tags and Vita runs for the hills. Traevon wants a wave but Vincent just slaps him and mocks the dancing. Waves & Curls makes the leader of the Righteous dance with somebody. Vincent getting double teamed, Jaelyn tossed into a rana that sends Vincent. Cross body to the outside! Willow suicide dives to the outside! It’s Traevon’s turn…Vonstarr cuts it off and Dutch gets him from behind. Vita with a moonsault to their opponents on the floor! Vincent all over Traveon. Jaelyn in with a high cross body but the Righteous catch up with him. Big Dutch finally in and just bulldozes Jaelyn. Vita with a good northern lights and bridge for two. Running knee from Vincent and a basement flatliner almost ends it. Butterfly suplex from

Dutch, Vira with the Michinoku driver…Brandyn keeps kicking out! Jaelyn with a sling blade drops Vincent! Tag to Willow! Dropping bombs on Vita! Traevon taking care of Dutch but Vita won’t stay down. Traevon thrown into a black hole slam! Close call! Flurry of big moves, Dutch almost puts Jaelyn away but he’s not the legal man. Willow back in and fired up. Vita crunched in the buckles! Willlow cannonballs! She tries a cros body but Dutch catches her. Dutch comes flying into a Willow spine buster!!! Traevon dives out to Vincent! Brandyn and Willow with a doomsday cross body on Vita to end this trios war!

Match 7: “The Prize” Alec Price (w/ Becca) vs “The Funky Monkey” Angel Ortiz 

No one in this room wants Becca here. Funky Monkey twisting up Price early. Becca grabbing at the foot of Ortiz and he wants her out of there but Price goes to bay for his prize city queen. She accidentally trips up Price too. He’s getting flustered and the ref finally throws her out. Price and Ortiz are both relieved she’s gone and the crowd gives her the ol’ NANANAHEYHEYHEYGOODBYE. Monkey drops him and gets to the swivel kicks and plank splash for two! Price showing her can hang, flipping out of Ortiz’s good stuff. Price throwing the running knees. Ortiz rakes the back and posing. Big suplex for two! Pop up atomic drop! Price won’t stay down. Flip out of danger, dropkick out of the clouds! Price starting to fire himself up! Running knees! One more time, cause he’s trash! Leg lariat for two! Ortiz gets the wrist, pull up lariats! Ortiz ducks a hook kick, spinning powerslam for two! Heavy clothesline! Price bucks free at two. Price with a powerbomb! Step up blockbuster! Ortiz kicks out! Hangman’s cutter to Price! Powerbomb! Price keeps kicking out! The crowd is here for the Northeast Beast as he pops up for a Suprize Kick and gets the win!!! Huge win!

Becca is out here to soak up the praise. The crowd demands he dump her. She dives into her arms, he puts her on the top buckle, flips her off and leaves her there. The crowd gives Becca the Gahbidge chant as she screams and runs to the back. Lolllllll

Match 8: “Mad King” Eddie Kingston vs SLADE

SLADE wants Kingston to fight now but the Mad King is content to wait on his turnbuckle throne. SLADE right in and demands Kingston fire back. SLADE drives Eddie into the buckles and he’s rocked. SLADE is enjoying this punishment as his chest goes red. Trading overhead tosses back and forth rapidly! They collapse but Eddie is defiant. SLADE wants the chokeslam but Kingston blasts a chop and saito. Huge backfists but SLADE stands back up! Northern lights driver from Kingston and SLADE stays down. Hard hitting sprint of a fight and SLADE stumbles out the door into the night.

Winner: Eddie Kingston 

Eddie Kingston blows up the mic with a monster pro-independent wrestling promo. Seek out a video. I can’t do it Justice but it made me feel ALIVE.

Main Event: Wheeler Yuta vs Timothy Thatcher

I’m so glad to see THIS match get to close Americanrana! Thatcher is READY to fight and eye to eye with Yuta. This goes Right to the graps, Yuta can definitely hang with the wrestling machine that is Tim Thatcher. Back and forth, these two going to a stalemate. Yuta firing up on a hard back kick and right back up into Timothy’s murderface. Wrap up the legs, drop back, repeat. Thatcher trying to crab back but Yuta’s to the ropes. Hard uppercuts back and forth but Yuta finds himself on his back again. Yuta with a chicken wing and ramming that arm into anything that could cause Thatcher pain. Thatcher drags Yuta to the floor but arm eats post. Yuta raking the back, high cross body but Thatcher rolls to a two count! Saito from Yuta! Kick out! Thatcher starches him with a hard shot but It’s hurting him immensely. Thatcher resorting to kicks and knees ti get the job done. Yuta fights out of the leg hold. Up kicks to stagger Thatcher! Flurry of forearms and hard chops! German! Kick out! Thatcher rolls into a kimura…Yuta’s free but eats a hard slap! Yuta is angry and unloading! Flurry of downward elbows, he traps Thatcher in a modified labell lock but Tim won’t tap. He’s close to the ropes and Yuta rolls him back and into a pin and Thatcher is STUCK for the three!

Winner: Wheeler Yuta

Eddie Kingston and Ortiz are out here to hug and congratulate Yuta as the crowd chants for Beyond Wrestling! But what’s this? Alec Price…I given…Miracle Generation…are all here. The crowd starting up the Wrestling Open chants. It looks tense….Eddie shoving everyone! They need a mic. Yuta says this is a time for celebration. These four have been carrying the torch on Thursdays since he’s been gone. He respects all of them. They decide tonight is for celebrating and they can fight some other time. Handshakes all around but Price CLEARLY wants a piece of Yuta and this almost breaks down. Waves & Curls and Willow are out here! Willow says that if Wrestling Open thinks they have no respect, they should cool down and EARN IT. The crowd did NOt Like that. Drew, Paul and the refs have to pull an enraged Alec Price to the back after Kingston takes a swipe at  him. Yuta says his Thursdays MAY have just opened up. YES PLEASE.
