I have written 36 articles in 33 weeks about Wrestling Open this year. Beyond’s Americanrana tonight is going to be a spectacle of a show but for many, “No Respect” is the main card and most emotionally important event of the weekend. This ain’t a pre-show, this is THE show. Rich Palladino is your announcer! Paul Crockett and Alyssa Marino are your commentators! LET’S. F***ING. GOOOOOOOOOOO!
It is my honor and privilege to introduce this video sent to us by Gage Caiazzo, the son of the late John Kronus.

Match 1: Brick City Boyz (JCruz & Victor Chase) vs Miracle Generation (Dustin Waller & Kylon King) (Saturn & Kronus Eliminator Cup Tournament Finals)
We are starting HOT!!! This is Brick City’s match to win, as they still want their big win back after getting knocked out of the Season 3 Discovery Gauntlet so long ago. MC is running wild early though and JCruz is taking some big shots. Chase tries to interfere but he just gets double teamed too. Sequence of splashes, Chase is out at two! Chase takes the opportunity and crashed Kylon into Waller. Big back suplex to Waller and it’s time to hit some bricks. Kylon begging Waller to fight back from the apron. Waller escapes! Tag and Kylon running wild! Cruz catches him off the top, powerbomb! Harrrrrrrd chops in the corner. They split those bricks. Kylon beaten so hard he loses his bandana. King fighting back though and hits a double northern lights! Tag to Waller, who flies in with the elbows and forearms! Chase eats a rough poisonrana! Kylon with a rope walk moonsault to BCB! Hot crowd! Chasing the Dragon! Cruz breaks it up! Cruz blocks a handspring cutter to a discus lariat! Kylon off the top, Chase flies in with a head butt! King is DEEEEEAD! Brick end connects! King kicks out!!!! Flash connects with the cutter on Chase. Cruz blasts him in the head with a brick! Waller kicks out!!!! BCB tries a doomsday device but Kylon cuts it off! Power plex to Cruz! Kylon hits a suicide dive on Chase! Cruz kicks out!!! Holy s**********! Chase is still DOA but Cruz is ready to fight still. Miracle Generation hits Total Elimination on Cruz and double pins him to claim the tournament win!!! Fantastic match that went main event levels of crazy! This was awesome.

Match 2: “The New Jersey Cowboy” Steve Stetson vs “Thicc Daddy” Uptown Andy Brown
Stetson drew Brown as an opponent this past Thursday from the lottery wheel. Stetson is overconfident, the crowd reminds him why he shouldn’t be and Andy Brown drops him hard. Stetson gets the knees up for a senton and starts to pummel Uptown, to our dismay. Stetson uses him like a pony and Brown doesn’t love that. Catch the big boot, big forearms and lariats! Neck roll cutter! Flying basement forearm but Stetson is still in this one. Escape the package powerbomb! Brown comes off the corner but Stetson takes him out of the air with a northern lariat for the pin! Booooooooo! Brown gets the “Please Come Back”, I have some Ray Jaz’s that I’d like to see him beat up.
Winner: Steve Stetson
OMG! What a lariat in midair! ????@Steven_Stetson_ @WrestlingOpen #NoRespect

Match 3: “The Shot Caller” Pedro Dones vs “Iron” Rip Byson
Dones is furious that Byson called a shot on him. He’s coming for that ear again and Byson will LISTEN. Byson’s ear is still taped up after last week’s assault. Byson is ALL OVER Dones and throwing him everywhere, even once by his ears OW. Dones tries to run but Ripper catches him easily. Shoulder block off the apron! Cactus elbow to the floor! Dones deposited back in the ring and Byson is just rocking him. Spinning powerslam! Squat deadlift into a Samoan drop! Byson is super aggressive. Dones fails a sunset flip miserably and Byson smashes him. Byson has him run into the corner, the ref trying to break it up but Dones picks his moment, and bites at the ear again!!! Byson staggers out of the corner, rolled up and the Shot Caller gets his win!
Winner: Pedro Dones

Match 4: Locked & Loaded (50 Cal & Dan Barry) vs Kings of the District (Eel O’Neal & Jordan Blade)
Dan Barry showing that vet experience early and taking Eel down with style. Eel showing that he can hang and Barry needs to get 50 in there with Jordan. Blade unloads with palm strikes and a fisherman’s suplex for two. Dragon Sleeper almost puts 50 down. Cal escapes, Dan in hot! Eel dropped in his face…he wraps up Eel on a sharpshooter and Germans Blade down for a two! Sick combo! 50 throwing knees! Eel with the blue Thunder! Kick out! Blade with a rear naked choke…Eel catches Barry tries to save it with an ankle lock! L&L won’t tap! Eel thrown into break the holds up. Blade caught on the top, suplex down from 50. Match 5: “The Shore Thing” Ray Jaz vs “The Young Prodigy” Marcus Mathers
Can Marcus Mathers be the one to finally put Ray Jay on his back for the three? He sends him right out slide and torpedos out after him. The crowd does not let up on that piece of s*** Ray Jaz, especially as he takes control and slams Mathers out of the corner for two. Mathers escapes the gutwrench…roll up for two! Jaz guts him on the top rope and wants the countout win. Mathers fights his way back in, high cross body for two! Jaz staggered and eats a flying heel kick! Chop flurry! Discus lariat! Hard knee to the chin but Jaz won’t stay down. Jaz escapes the piledriver, throwing hard hands. “You not beating ME!” Just fires Mathers back up. Jaz with a Shoulder tackle to the knee! Match 6: “Big Bacon” Brad Hollister vs Tyree Taylor (Falls Count Anywhere)
If Hollister wins this, Taylor will never say his name again. What an appealing prospect for Bacon, who is sick of being called out by Tyree. It may be No DQ but Tyree isn’t going to start the fight with his big boy chain and spears Bacon into the corner. Fight right to the floor. Tyre walking him down and beating him in the seats. Choking him with a crutch from a fan! Hollister is yelling that he’s sorry and Taylor is having NONE of it. Tyree beats him around the room and chokes him with his chain. They fight out the fire door! The cameras follow them. It looks like Bacon eats the fence in the parking lot below the venue before they make it back through the door…but Hollister gets the shot in coming through the door. Tyree doesn’t let that slide and tries to cannonball Bacon through the chairs…Bacon dodges! Hollister likes chairs on top and tries to get the pin but no. Taylor takes the fight towards the bathroom…and wind up in the secret balcony!!!! Hollister in the window jeering the crowd and Tyree almost throws him out the window! He chases Brad down the stairs and puts him through the front doors back towards the ring. We got a door in play! We fight to the bar, Tyree puts Bacon through the door with uranage! Kick out! Time for more doors! Tyree sets the up and is prepared to bomb Bacon through them before Steven Stetson provides a distraction. Bacon hits him with a chair and tosses Taylor through the doors for the win! What a crazy fight but where do these warriors go from here?!?
Winner: Tyree Taylor

Brother Greatness HATES how over with the crowd the Church of Flavortown is. The Mechanics steal the altar boy candles and Even Stevens are furious but they get splashed and danced out the corner. Morningstar tries her luck but LMK runs all over her! Anastasia is right up with hard chops and a toss for two. The Church ganging up on LMK. BG in to preach but LMK unloads on the man of god. Teddy’s in! So many elbows for the altar boys! Teddy wants a piece of Greatness but Morningstar chokes him. Accidental forearm to BG! Morningstar catches LMK but Teddy with a legdrop completes the slam! Greatness left to the wolves and he begs for forgiveness needs. Flavortown hits the Spirit Squad toss and slam! Even Stevens back in and slam the Mechanics back. A cuts off Steven Flow! Mechanics hit a magic killer on Somerset for the win!

Main Event: “Platinum” Max Caster vs Ichiban (Platinum $20K Double or Nothing Challenge)
Sore loser Max Caster couldn’t beat Ichiban in 10 minutes this past Thursday and so put up another 10K against Ichiban to go 20 min with him. We have two briefcases, though one of them has Ichiban’s head print dented into it from a few nights back. Caster is furious and talking smack, Ichiban throws that number one and unloads on Him. He tries a handspring back elbow but Caster dumps Ichiban unceremoniously to the floor. Ichiban rams hard into the post and briefcase pile. Slam to the apron, Max making him kick out again and again. Ichiban has the crowd behind him. They know he can go ten. Can he go 20? Or win?!? Wrestlers coming through the curtain to watch a match from the back is not uncommon but Eddie Kingston just walked to ringside to watch up close. Caster wants to scissor him but it’s a fake out and he crotch chops at the Mad King. Kingston laughs it off and heads to the back. Back in the ringside, Ichiban fights off Caster, dodging a mic drop! Tornado flatliner!!!!! Ichiban is too tired to make the cover! Trading punches as they struggle to their feet! Heavy lariat! Handspring back elbow! Missile dropkick! Ichiban tries the flatliner again! Blocked! Caster out! Ichiban torpedos out to a ddt on the floor! High cross body! Ichiban goes for the kill but Max collapses. He has time to recover. Caster flinches hard as the ten minute mark expires for the second match in a row! Caster with a Michanoku driver for two! Ichiban with a springboard destroyer! Caster kicks out! Caster grabs the briefcase…the ref pulls it off! Caster with a pop up low blow! Caster hits Ichiban’s flatliner. Oh noooooo! Ichiban kicks out! Caster yelling at the ref and Ichiban in with heavy shots. Max goes to the eyes and Ichiban can’t see! Superkick to the ref! Max goes for a fireman’s carry…Ichiban with a crucifix bomb and damn near a seven count! But the ref is still DOA. Max grabs the case again! He swings! Ichiban ducks and kicks it into his face!!! Ichiban hits a mic drop! The ref is up! Max out at 2.9999! This is awesome! 5 minutes to go! Caster dropkicks the legs out from Ichiban out of the air. Figure four applied! Ichiban fighting hard….he rolls it over! Max gets the rope. 4 minutes to go! A minute of recovery…Max has Ichiban up top. Rana from top. Ichiban hits the flatliner and another for good measure! Ichiban pins Max Caster in about 18 minutes and wins $20k!!!
Winner: Ichiban
2 Flatliners & Ichiban has defeated Max Caster to earn $20k! What match and what a past few weeks these guys have had. Get on the Ichiban hype train now #NoRespect pic.twitter.com/o5M5G1ugQr
— I Gif All The Wrestling (@Aregularindyfan) August 21, 2022
He breaks the briefcase open and does snow angels in the money! Ichiban Number One (times 20,000)! And that’s it for No Respect! I am absolutely wiped from this monster of a show. Time to wander and find sustenance and beer sustenance before Americanrana kicks off at 7pm. I need it, this show was exceptionally good. The perfect mix of wrestlers and crowd feeding off of each other and amplifying the already high levels of energy to insane levels. 33 weeks of Wrestling Open led to today and it validated that all those Worcester treks have been worth it. Until later!
