NWA 74 BILLY CORGAN MEET & GREET, NWA NOLA BOUND, ALDIS, MICKIE AND MORE

The National Wrestling Alliance announced the following for their NWA 74 PPV weekend at The Chase Hotel in St. Louis:

The meet and greet was added this week in what appears to be an attempt to push ticket sales, which are down from last year's NWA 73 PPV weekend.  Last year's weekend featured the Empowered PPV, so there may be a cause and effect there.

After being pulled from the main event of NWA 74, Nick Aldis will be facing Flip Gordon as part of the NWA 74 PPV weekend.

The current plan is to hold the promotion's November PPV weekend in New Orleans.  The promotion intends to close the window on taping TV more often as well.

The National Wrestling Alliance previously announced the following lineup for their NWA 74th anniversary weekend on 8/27 and 8/28 at the Chase Ballroom in St. Louis, Missouri on FITE.TV, featuring:

NIGHT ONE:

*NWA Women's Champion Kamille vs. Taya Valkyrie.

*NWA Tag Team Champions The Commonwealth Connection vs. La Rebellion.

*Bully Ray vs. Mike Knox in a Tables Match.

*NWA Junior Heavyweight Champion Homicide vs. Kerry Morton.

*NWA National Champion Jax Dane vs. Cyon.

*Mildred Burke Invitational Gauntlet to crown next NWA Women's Championship contender: Samantha Starr (with Baby Doll) vs. KiLynn King vs. Tootie Lynn vs. Missa Kate vs. Max The Impaler (with James Mitchell) vs. Madi Wrenkowski vs. Angelina Love vs. Jennacide vs. Natalia Markova vs. an additional competitor to be announced.

*The debuting EC3 vs. Matthew Mims.

*Matt Cardona vs. TBA.

*Luke Hawx vs. VSK.

*The Country Gentlemen vs. Gold Rushhh.

NIGHT TWO:

*NWA Champion Trevor Murdoch vs. NWA TV Champion Tyrus.

*NWA Women's Champion vs. Mildred Burke Invitational Gauntlet Winner.

*NWA Women's Tag Team Champions Pretty Empowered vs. The Hex - Street Fight.

*MLW National Openweight Champion Davey Richards vs. Thrillbilly Silas Mason with Pollo Del Mar.

*NWA United States Tag Team Championship Battle Royal to crown new champions featuring  Gold Rushhh (Jordan Clearwater and Marshe Rockett), The Miserably Faithful (Sal The Pal and Gaagz The Gymp), The NOW (Hale Collins and Vik Dalishus),. The Ill Begotten (Alex Taylor and Rush Freeman), Ruff 'n' Ready (D'Vin Graves and Diante), The Fixers (Jay Bradley and Wrecking Ball Legursky), Hawx Aerie (Luke Hawx and PJ Hawx), The Country Gentlemen (AJ Cazana and Anthony Andrews), Team Ambition (Mike Outlaw and Camaro Jackson) and more to be announced.
