The pre-trial hearing for Jeff Hardy's DUI related charges in Florida has been officially pushed back to 10/19, according to court records.
As PWInsider.com reported yesterday, Hardy's attorneys waived his right to a speedy trial and requested a hearing set for this month be pushed back 60 days to assist in his defense.
