JOHNNY GARGANO APPEARS ON IMPACT ON AXS

Former WWE NXT star Johnny Gargano appeared on tonight's episode of Impact on AXS as part of a video package promoting Alex Shelley as the next challenger for Josh Alexander on the 8/12 Emergence PPV in Chicago.

Gargano talked up Shelley and there was no tease that Gargano would be coming into the company as a perfomer.

This was Gargano's first appearance on any pro wrestling TV programming since exiting NXT in December 2021.
