David Finlay earns 2 points in the D Block.

Wow!  Great match!   I am glad all the belt and weapons did not lead to the finish, which would happen in an American company.  I am happy Finlay finished the match and beat his opponent with wrestling.   Both Juice Robinson and David Finlay have looked awesome since they started this tour.  They have been gone a long time from New Japan, but they both add so much to the product.  Both can wrestle the Japanese style and tell great stories in the ring.  I think both of them looked very strong after this match despite Finlay getting the win.

D Block is very balanced.  Everyone has at least one win.  No one has pulled ahead and everyone is staying close in the standings.

David Finlay thanks the fans at Korakuen Hall.  He takes the U.S. Title.  He tells Juice that he is holding on to this belt.  He tells Will Ospreay, if he wants this title, he will have to take it from him.   He says he will win the G1.  And this is his year.

After the G1, I can see a feud between Will Ospreay and David Finlay, leading to perhaps a U.S. title match at Wrestle Kingdom.
