7/20 NEW JAPAN G1 CLIMAX 32 RESULTS FROM SENDAI

From Sendai, Japan:

1 - JONAH and Bad Dude Tito vs. Royce Isaacs and Tom Lawlor

Tito hit Lawlor with a tope suicida to the floor and a Lawlor hit the guardrail hard.

JONAH pins Isaacs with a Black Forest Bomb.

2 - Aaron Henare, Great O-Khan, Jeff Cobb and Will Ospreay vs. Dick Togo, SHO, El Phantasmo and EVIL

O-Khan throws Togo into the arms of Henare who applies Ultima.   

Togo taps out.

Henare continues to be booked like a monster.   United Empire look they are having fun when they team together.

3 - YOSHI-HASHI and Kazuchika Okada vs. Ryohei Oiwa and Toru Yano

YOSHI-HASHI forces Oiwa to tap out to the Butterfly Lock.  

Yano and Okada tease their upcoming G1 Climax match as they continue to fight with each other after the match.

4 - Kosei Fujita, Tomohiro Ishii and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Juice Robinson, KENTA and Jay White

KENTA applies Game Over to Fujita.  Fujita taps out. 

White and KENTA tease dissension because KENTA kicked White in the face twice during the match.

5 - BUSHI, SANADA and Shingo Takagi vs. TAKA Michinoku, Taichi and Zack Sabre Jr.

SANADA traps TAKA in Skull End.   TAKA taps out.

G1 Climax 32 Matches:

6 - D Block:  David Finlay vs. Yujiro Takahashi

Pieter is back with Yujiro!

Good chain wrestling to start the match.  They go to the floor and Yujiro hits a reverse DDT on the floor.  Yujiro got the advantage and focused his attack on Finlay’s neck.  Finlay hit a flying neck breaker and a spinning back suplex.   Yujiro escape to the floor and Finlay hits a plancha.  Finlay hits a uranagi back breaker for a two count.  Yujiro hits a Hot Shot and follows with a Fisherman Buster.  Two count.   Yujiro puts Finlay on the top rope.  Finlay hits a Sunset Bomb off the top.  Two count.   

SHO comes to the ring with his wrench.  Finlay goes to attack SHO.  Yujiro hits an Olympic Slam on Finlay.   SHO throws Yujiro his Pimp Stick.  The referee takes it away.   Yujiro hits Finlay with a low blow.  Yujiro hits Pimp Juice.  Finlay kicks out at two!

Yujiro goes for Big Juice.  Finlay pushes Yujiro into SHO, who was on the ring apron.  Finlay hits a Stunner.   Yujiro kicks out at two.   Finlay goes for an O’Conner Roll.  Yujiro kicks out and pushes Finlay into the ropes. SHO hits Finlay in the head with the wrench.  Yujiro hits Big Juice.

Yujiro pins Finlay.

Yujiro Takahashi earns 2 points.

Typical House of Torture match.

7 - B Block:  Tama Tonga, with Jado vs. Chase Owens

Tama attacks Owens and hits a back drop.  Owens goes to the floor and he hits a super kick on Jado.  Tama gets angry and chases Owens around the ring.   Owens hits a Russian leg sweep into the guardrail.   Owens hits a neck breaker on the floor.  He continues to attack the head and neck of Tama.  Owens slams Tama and goes for a double ax handle.  Tama hits him in the gut.  Tama makes his comeback with elbows and lariats.  Tama with a Stinger Splash and a back suplex.

Owens with a spin kick to the gut and goes for a sunset flip.  Tama gets thrown into the turnbuckle hitting his neck.  Owens with another neck breaker.  Two count.  They trade elbows and chops.  Tama goes for a Supreme Flow and misses.   Owens goes to the floor and pulls the pad off the concrete floor.  Jado puts the pad back.  Owens grabs a chair and tries to hit Tama but Jado takes the chair away.  Tama back drops Owens on the floor.

Tama throws Owens in the ring and hits a Supreme Flow.  Two count.   Owens blocks a Gun Stun and hits a C-Trigger.   Owens goes for a Package Piledriver.   Tama rolls out and tries for a Gun Stun but Owens blocks it.  Owens with a small package pin.  Two count.    Owens tries for another Package Piledriver, but Tama rolls out and catapults Owens into the turnbuckle.  Tama hits a Gun Stun.

Tama pins Owens.

Tama Tonga earns 2 points.

8 - A Block: Lance Archer vs. Bad Luck Fale

Fale attacks Archer before the bell and goes for a Bad Luck Fall (Razor’s Edge).  But Archer wiggles out and laughs in Fale’s face.  They battle to the floor and Archer throws Fale into the guardrail.  They fight on the floor.  Fale slams Archer on two chairs.  Archer almost gets counted out.   Archer battles back and tried a top rope walk.   Fale crotches him and hits a Samoan drop.    Fale climbs the ropes to attempt a splash.   Archer hits Fale in the face with a high knee.   Archer goes for Black Out but Fale wiggles out.  They fight in the corner.  Fale goes for a powerbomb, but Archer pulls him over the top rope to the floor.   Archer hits a running cannon ball off the ring apron on Fale.   They kept fighting on the floor and on the ring apron.  The referee began the count.   They kept hitting each other while on the ring apron.   Fale hit the Hand Grenade and Archer fell to the floor.

Fale falls in the ring and Archer is counted out.

Bad Luck Fale wins and earns 2 points.

9 - C Block:  Hirooki Goto vs. Tetsuya Naito

Naito plays the cat and mouse game, trying to make Goto chase him.  Goto is getting frustrated.  Goto goes to the floor and Naito attacks his right arm.  Naito get him back in the ring and applies arm submissions.  Naito hammers Goto in the head and neck with elbows.  Goto counters with a lariat.  Goto with a leg lariat and a bulldog.  Naito hits a neck breaker and traps Goto in a full Nelson leg submission.  Goto gets to the ropes.  Naito hits a Combanicion Cabron and a Superana.  

Goto avoids a Destino, but Naito plants him with a Spinebuster.   Goto surprises Naito and takes him down with an arm submission.  Naito did not tap and was able to get to the ropes.  They exchange elbows.  Goto hits an Olympic Slam and an ushigaroshi.  Two count.  Naito counter with a rolling kick and hits Destino.  Goto kicks out at two.   Goto with a Shoto out of the corner.  Naito kicks out.  Goto with GTW.  Two count.   Goto tries for a GTR but Naito reverses into Valencia.  Naito goes for Destino but Goto hits a Shotenkai.  Both men are exhausted.    Goto picks up Naito and crushes him with a wicked GTR.

Goto pins Naito.  There was a gasp from the crowd.

Hirooki Goto earns 2 points.

Good match!  Best match of the 4 Block matches.  In these tournament matches, Goto performs at his best.   Despite him being in tag matches for most of the past few years, when the G1 comes he can have a great match with anyone.
