AEW-SHARK WEEK UPDATE

AEW has signage for Discovery's Shark Week in the arena at tonight's AEW Dynamite taping.   Some of the barricades and ring aprons at tonight's taping in Georgia have the logo for Discovery's Shark Week as well as graphics for Fyterfest with a shark fin.

Shark Week's mascot Chompie the Shark is in attendance and has been walking around the arena and at ringside. 

They have been giving out foam fin hats to fans at ringside as well.

So, AEW is working with their new corporate partner to push the Shark Week programming, which is nice synergy for all involved.

Shark Week kicks off later this week with Dwayne Johnson as the "official emcee."  In recent years, Mike Tyson, Drew McIntyre and Ronda Rousey have appeared on past Shark Week programming.
