7/16 VxS COAST 2 COAST: EAST COAST REPORT

VxS “Coast 2 Coast - East Coast” Recap 

Jason Kincaid w/Johnny Youngblood vs. Vinny Pacifico vs. Gabriel Skye

The match begins with everybody exchanging roll ups for a few near falls, Pacifico is knocked out of the ring a few moments later. Kincaid and Skye exchange some arm drags, Kincaid drops Skye before applying a modified dragon sleeper to him. Pacifico returns and he drops Kincaid with a rana, Skye then hits Pacifico with a northern lights suplex for a near fall. Skye then hits a charging Kincaid with a knee strike, Kincaid knocks Skye to the arena floor after landing a springboard forearm strike. Pacifico takes out both opponents with a dive from the ring apron, Skye recovers to hit Pacifico with a 619 followed up by a top rope dive onto both opponents. Skye gets Kincaid back in the ring before missing a top rope double stomp, Skye drops both opponents with a head scissors/arm drag combo. Skye then lands a double northern lights suplex on both foes for a near fall, Kincaid leaves the ring before launching himself off the ring steps to land a double drop kick. 

Kincaid then lands a double blockbuster on both opponents, Kincaid keeps both foes down while applying a double crossface to them. Pacifico fights back to lay out both opponents with a variety of holds, Pacifico drops Kincaid with a forearm strike before getting into a striking exchange with Skye. Pacifico ends the exchange by rolling up Skye for a near fall, Skye recovers to hit Pacifico with an Angle Slam for a near fall. Kincaid traps Pacifico in the corner before landing a 619 followed by a sliced bread, Skye sends Kincaid into the corner before landing a top rope double stomp on Pacifico for a three count.

Winner: Gabriel Skye

After the match, Gabriel Skye gets the microphone to say that he is not satisfied being in VxS, despite being the gatekeeper. Skye says he has proved himself everywhere he has gone, Skye promises that he will become the ace of independent wrestling.

- Doctor Redacted gets the microphone to mock 911 and his son, Big F’N Vin. 

Ultimate Doors Battle: Doctor Redacted vs. Big F’N Vin

The match begins with Vin quickly dropping Redacted with a scissors kick, Redacted leaves the ring and Vin follows him out there. Redacted grabs a steel chair and he attacks Vin with it, Redacted sits Vin on a chair before nailing him with a cannonball. Redacted gets Vin on another chair after nailing him with a few strikes, Redacted then stabs Vin in the head with a bunch of skewers. Redacted puts a garbage can on top of him before leaping at Vin, who moves and Redacted crashes into a chair on the arena floor. Vin sets up a few chairs on the arena floor and he puts the garbage can back on top of Redacted, Vin then hits Redacted with the garbage can before slamming him onto the chairs. Vin then hits Redacted with a choke slam on the ring apron, Vin gets back in the ring and he sets up the door with cut up soda cans in the corner. Redacted avoids getting sent into the cans before sending a charging Vin through the soda can door, Redacted follows up by landing a back drop driver on Vin. 

Redacted gets more chairs and he sets them up in a corner before putting a door on top of them, Redacted then hits Vin with a back drop driver through the door for a near fall. Redacted grabs another door and he sets it up in the corner, Vin picks up Redacted and he nails him with a power bomb. The referee calls for the bell due to injuries sustained by Redacted, Vin still power bombs the injured Redacted through the door. Vin gets ready to leave the ring and Redacted flips him off, Vin stabs Redacted with something before throwing him out of the ring. Redacted returns to the ring with a garbage can lid before spewing mist into his eyes, Redacted then spears Vin through the door. Redacted then hits Vin with a curb stomp before locking him in the Tazmission to put Vin out cold.

Winner: Doctor Redacted

Wasted Youth (Marcus Mathers & Dyln McKay) vs. The Wrestling Prodigies (Jackson Drake & Jay Malachai)

The match begins with Malachai attacking McKay before the bell sounds and a brawl quickly breaks out between both teams, the battle quickly spills to the outside of the ring. McKay fights back against Malachai while Drake sends Mathers into the ring post, Drake chokes Mathers on the arena floor while Malachai gets McKay back in the ring. Wasted Youth recovers and they hit their opponents with a double suicide dive, Wasted Youth then double teams Malachai in the ring. McKay hits Malachai with a standing shooting star press for a near fall, Drake then gets double teamed by Wasted Youth for another near fall. Drake fights back and he tags Malachai into the match, Malachai nails Mathers with a springboard clothesline. Drake then takes out McKay with a suicide dive, McKay is sent back into the ring and Malachai works him over. Drake tags in and he nails McKay with a mid kick for a near fall, Malachai interferes and he chokes McKay while Drake leaves the ring.

Malachai then hits McKay with a springboard flat liner, Drake tags in and he double teams McKay with Malachai for a near fall. Drake then stomps on both of the hands of a downed McKay, McKay fights back and he nails Drake with a suplex into the corner. Mathers tags in and he quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Malachai and Mathers take out the others partners with penalty kicks from the ring apron. Malachai and Mathers take each other out with discus forearm strikes, McKay then hits Malachai with a moonsault head kick on the ring apron. McKay and Drake have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, McKay then takes out Malachai with a suicide dive. Mathers returns and he nails Drake with a plethora of strikes, Malachai returns and he nails Mathers with a springboard cutter for a near fall. Malachai and Drake look for their finisher and Mathers avoids it to roll up Drake for a near fall, McKay then hits Malachai with a spinning head kick before eating a poison rana. 

Drake and Malachai hit Mathers with their finisher for a near fall, Malachai then sends an interfering McKay out of the ring. Malachai almost hits his own partner with a cutter and that allows Mathews to drop Malachai, McKay then hits Drake with a destroyer for a near fall. Malachai and McKay have a striking exchange on the arena floor until McKay is sent into the ring post, Mathers and Drake have their own striking exchange. Drake catches Mathers in a triangle choke and Mathers power bombs his way to freedom, Malachai interferes and he eventually nails McKay with a cutter during a shooting star press attempt. The members of both teams have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Wasted Youth ends the exchange by dropping both of their opponents. Wasted Youth then lands a shooting star press and 450 splash on both opponents for a three count.

Winners: Wasted Youth (Marcus Mathers & Dyln McKay) 

After the match, Jay Malachai hits Jackson Drake with a springboard cutter.

Kevin Ku vs. Yoya

The match begins with Yoya and Ku having a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Ku quickly nails Yoya with a release German suplex. Yoya leaves the ring and Ku follows him so they can exchange more strikes, Ku picks up Yoya and he slams him on the ring apron. Yoya fights back and he attacks Ku with some strikes, Ku fights back and he nails Yoya with his own strikes. Yoya looks for a chair and Ku stops him from using it, Ku looks to use a chair and the ref takes it from him. Yoya nails Ku in the head with another chair while the ref is distracted, Yoya and Ku exchange more strikes on the arena floor. Yoya then sends a charging Ku into the wall before landing a kick to his head, Yoya drops Ku before choking him with his foot. Ku recovers and he sends Yoya back into the ring, Yoya quickly nails Ku with a dragon screw leg whip while in the ropes. Ku falls into the ring and Yoya kicks him in the back for a near fall, Yoya keeps Ku down while stomping away on him and working over his injured leg. Yoya gets Ku in a seated position before kicking him in the back, Yoya then hits the injured leg of Ku with a DDT for a near fall.

Yoya traps Ku in the corner while landing some more chops, Yoya then drops Ku before landing a basement drop kick for a near fall. Ku’s knee gives out on him and Yoya nails him with a neck breaker for a near fall, Yoya mounts a downed Ku while landing more strikes. Ku fights back and he manages to hit Yoya with a dragon suplex for a near fall, Ku looks for a suplex and Yoya defends before landing a release German suplex for a near fall, Yoya follows up by getting Ku in an ankle lock. Ku quickly gets free and he catches Yoya in a roll up for a near fall, Yoya reapplies the ankle lock to Ku and Ku gets free again. Ku then levels Yoya with a lariat for a near fall, Yoya leaves the ring and Ku follows him out there before getting in the ring with a steel chair. Yoya spits mist into the eyes of Ku before landing a suplex on the chair for a three count.

Winner: Yoya

Lucky 13 vs. Andrew Everett

The match begins with 13 nailing Everett with a slam, 13 then drops Everett with a shoulder tackle. 13 gets tired from running the ropes and Everett gets him in a headlock, 13 slows things down before rolling up Everett and drop kicking him out of the ring. 13 fakes a dive before Everett trips him up on the ring apron, 13 gets back in the ring and Everett nails him with a springboard spin kick to the head. Everett holds 13 down while ripping away at his face, Everett keeps 13 trapped in the corner while choking him. Everett picks up 13 before dropping him with a headbutt, 13 tries fighting back and he eats a super kick followed by a moonsault for his efforts. Everett picks up 13 before tossing him across the ring, Everett again traps 13 in the corner while choking him. Everett keeps 13 cornered while landing butt smashes, 13 fights back and he nails Everett with a back stabber. 13 follows up by nailing Everett with some chops and elbow strikes, 13 then hits Everett with a series of knee strikes for a near fall.

13 misses a springboard move and Everett nails him with a moonsault, Everett follows up with a middle rope moonsault on 13 for a near fall. Everett sets up for a chokeslam and 13 fights back,  13 then hits Everett with another knee strike followed by a flipping DDT for another near fall. Everett then catches a leaping 13 before missing another chokeslam attempt, Everett then hits 13 with a head kick and a chokeslam followed by a moonsault from the top rope for a three count.

Winner: Andrew Everett

Pure Wrestling Rules: Tracy Williams vs. Robert Martyr

The match begins with Williams working over the arm of Martyr, Martyr trips up Williams before getting him in a headlock. Williams gets free and he gets Martyr in a headlock of his own, Martyr gets free and he exchanges some pin attempts with Williams. Martyr eventually drops Williams with an arm drag, Williams regains control by again working over the arm of Martyr. Williams drags Martyr to the mat while briefly getting him in a modified Rings Of Saturn, Martyr uses one of his three rope breaks to get out of the submission. Williams quickly gets Martyr down again while working over his arm, Martyr gets free and Williams rolls him up for a near fall. Williams again rolls up Martyr a few times before getting him in a chicken wing, Williams releases the hold while wrenching away on the arm of Martyr. Williams then gets Martyr in the Chikara Special and Martyr uses his second rope break to get out of the hold, Martyr trips up Williams before working over his leg and Williams uses his first rope break.

Martyr gets Williams away from the ropes before getting him in a modified abdominal stretch, Martyr drops Williams while wrenching away on his arm. Williams fights back and he levels Martyr with a series of chops, Martyr tries fighting back and Williams drops him with a back suplex. Williams holds Martyr down while working over his arm, Williams then hits Martyr with multiple knee strikes followed by a side Russian leg sweep. Williams keeps Martyr down while landing a few elbow strikes for a near fall, Martyr fights back again and Williams drops him after landing some strikes. Williams then hits Martyr with a knee drop for a near fall, Williams gets Martyr in the corner while landing more strikes. Martyr fights back again and he drops Williams with a forearm strike, Martyr corners Williams while landing a clothesline. Williams gets Martyr on the top rope and Martyr gets down before catching Williams in a modified Rings Of Saturn, Williams uses his second rope break to get out of the submission.

Williams fights back and Martyr drops him with a discus forearm strike for a near fall, Martyr follows up with a sliding forearm strike and sit out power bomb for more near falls. Martyr places Williams on the top rope and he follows him up there, Williams knocks Martyr down and Martyr returns after landing a few strikes. Williams nails Martyr with a DDT on the top turnbuckle followed by a discus lariat, Williams then hits Martyr with a death valley driver for a near fall. Williams immediately gets Martyr in the cross face and Martyr uses his final rope break to get free, Martyr gets to his knees while Williams nails him with more strikes. Martyr gets up and Williams nails him with headbutts and a lariat, Martyr escapes the grasp of Williams before getting him in the Fujiwara Armbar. Martyr transitions into a roll up on Williams to get a three count.

Winner: Robert Martyr

After the match, Robert Martyr gets the microphone to talk about all Daniel Garcia did to help him in his career and Martyr says he is now VxS. 

Zachary Wentz vs. Shane Mercer

The match begins with Mercer working over the arm of Wentz, Wentz looks for an arm drag and Mercer blocks it. Wentz then nails Mercer with an up kick followed by a basement drop kick, Wentz then uses a drop kick to knock Mercer out of the ring. Wentz goes for a suicide dive and Mercer catches him before sending him into the ring post, Mercer then throws Wentz into a window. Wentz fights back and he exchanges strikes with Mercer until Mercer sends him into the ring post, Mercer follows up by throwing Wentz into a wall. Wentz fights back and he nails Mercer with a super kick, Mercer gets mad and he sends Wentz into the ring post. Wentz gets on the stage and he leaps off onto Mercer, Wentz gets Mercer back in the ring and he nails him with a multiple strike combination. Mercer recovers and he nails Wentz with a pop up power slam for a near fall, Mercer follows up by choking Wentz on the bottom rope. Mercer keeps Wentz trapped in the ropes while landing cross face strikes, Wentz fights back and he nails Mercer with a plethora of strikes.

Mercer quickly recovers and he drops a charging Wentz with a clothesline, Mercer mounts a downed Wentz while landing more strikes. Mercer keeps Wentz down while applying a chin lock to him, Mercer releases the hold to hit Wentz with a slam. Mercer goes for a spinning moonsault and Wentz gets out of the way, Wentz attacks Mercer with a series of strikes. Wentz then hits Mercer with a super kick followed by a double stomp, Wentz drops Mercer again before landing a penalty kick and standing shooting star press for a near fall. Wentz misses a top rope double stomp and Mercer nails him with a flipping suplex afterwards, Mercer follows up with a falcon arrow on Wentz for another near fall. Mercer goes for a press slam and Wentz counters with a knee strike, Mercer catches a leaping Wentz and he lands a shoulder breaker for a near fall. Mercer gets Wentz on the top rope and he follows him up there, Wentz fights back and he nails Mercer with a super destroyer followed by a knee strike. Wentz then hits Mercer with a springboard cutter for a three count.
