FLAIR CLASSIC: RIC SAYS GOODBYE (FOR A WHILE) VS. SHAWN MICHAELS AT WRESTLEMANIA 24

With Ric Flair's Last Match PPV coming up on 7/31 in Nashville, PWInsider.com will be presenting some classic Flair moments that are floating around online.

The world thought we had seen Ric Flair's final match during the emotional highlight of Wrestlemania 24, where Shawn Michaels battled Flair in Orlando, Florida.  In what can only be described as a trumphant tribute to the days where the NWA Championship was the epitome of what made professional wrestling great, Michaels and Flair put on as close to a clinic of what made Flair the best in the world in the 1980s, hitting nearly all of Flair's signature moments and taking fans on a ride worthy of not only Wrestlemania, but of a Flair classic.  While Flair would return to the ring, this would prove to be his WWE swansong as a professional wrestler, and with good reason, it was a perfect moment in time that can never, ever be replicated:
