BEST MATCHES THAT EVER TAKEN PLACE AT WRESTLEMANIA

By Kendall Jenkins on 2022-06-24 13:31:00

Wrestling fans cannot wait to watch what has become the most anticipated show of the year, which is WrestleMania. WrestleMania has traditionally been the venue for the best matches, and this tradition continues today. It's hard to think that WrestleMania used to be held in arenas, with a stadium hosting the event every once in a while. WrestleMania 22 was the last WrestleMania to be hosted anywhere other than a stadium, and as a result, everything altered after that event.

Listed below are some of the best Wrestle Mania matches you must watch

Shawn Michaels versus Chris Benoit versus Triple H

One of the best Wrestle Manias ever was Wrestle Mania 20. However, Wrestle Mania is already very popular among its fans, similar to live casino games which are popular among game lovers. Triple H, Chris Benoit, and Shawn Michaels squared off for Triple H's World Heavyweight Championship in the program's main event. All three competitors executed their unique finishing moves in this fantastic championship bout. Benoit was double suplex through the announce table at ringside by the former DX stablemates. Benoit won the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time after Triple H conceded. After that, with confetti raining, WWE Champion Eddie Guerrero entered the ring to celebrate with his friend.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match Wrestle Mania

The Money in the Bank ladder match was a staple of Wrestle Mania for five years. At Wrestle Mania 21, the first Money in the Bank ladder was held exclusively for the Raw brand. In this highlight match, Edge, Chris Jericho, Christian, Chris Benoit, Kane, and Shelton Benjamin battled.

Roman Reigns versus Edge versus Daniel Bryan

Roman Reigns has done a tremendous job as Universal Champion, and he faced a tough test when defending the title in a triple threat match against Edge and Daniel Bryan. The three competitors concluded the third night of Wrestle Mania 37. Jey USO, the Tribal Chief's cousin, intervened in the action, but Edge briefly took him out of the picture.

Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton vs. Batista

Without a doubt, Daniel Bryan stole the show at Wrestle Mania 30. In a thrilling opener, The American Dragon defeated Triple H to secure his place in the WWE Championship contest as the main event. Bryan entered the fight while his old Evolution stablemate Batista, who prevailed in the Royal Rumble battle, was waiting in the wings, making Randy Orton's task more difficult.

Randy Savage versus Ricky Steamboat

It should be no surprise that the first bout to receive a nearly perfect grade from Meltzer was the Intercontinental Title defense between Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat and the now-mythical Randy Savage. Their moment of immortality has come. - The Dragon got his payback on The Macho Man for trying to ruin his career at Wrestle Mania 3 inside the Pontiac Silverdome. It was the first incredible Wrestle Mania match at the first genuinely great Wrestle Mania.

Stone Cold vs. the Rock Steve Austin

Few Wrestle Manias have been incredible from the bottom of the card to the top. One of the few events that top that list is Wrestle Mania 17. The second installment of the Austin-Rock trilogy was the big event. The conclusion of this chaotic brawl is often seen as its lone flaw. Over the years, even Stone Cold has regretted not deviating from the plan and ordering Vince to "watch the stunner."

Undertaker vs. Triple H

Triple H decided to take a turn and fire his shot after Shawn Michaels failed to finish the job and put a stop to The Streak. As a result, Wrestle Mania 27 featured a fantastic No Holds Barred match that was arguably the only reason to watch the event.

CM Punk vs. Undertaker

The Streak faced a new kind of degenerate after defeating DX for the previous four Wrestle Manias. In the shadows of New York City, CM Punk, an iconoclast and outlaw, would attempt to defeat The Phenom. This bout ought to have been the one to halt The Streak, according to many critics and Punk supporters. The Phenom, though, showed that he could still compete with and outperform the best in the world.

Seth Rollins vs.  Roman Reigns versus Brock Lesnar

The WWE Universe reluctantly watched Roman Reigns become the man by defeating Brock Lesnar going into the Wrestle Mania 31 main event. Fortunately for those naysayers, Seth Rollins raced to the ring to pull off the most significant cash-in ever as Reigns and Lesnar were engaged in a main event-caliber brawl.
