BTE Champion John Silver invites Trent? and “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard to compete in a #1 contenders game. They must fling John’s hat onto his luggage handle and it must stay on three seconds. Trent goes first and misses. Menard also misses. After about 10 attempts each Trent finally sticks the landing. Menard gets one final shot. He lands the hat but it falls off its perch after a 2.8 count. Replay confirms and Trent is the number one contender.

Young Bucks travel montage.

Matt hits the gym the morning of Dynamite and he talks about still getting butterflies in his stomach. He addresses the change to the match and hopes he and Nick don’t get hurt.

They arrive at the venue and we get a montage of the Bucks getting dressed and stretching before the show.

Pretty Peter Avalon is sitting in a chair and Ray Rosas shows up. Ray says he’s figure out a plan to get Peter a date. Peter explains to Ray he married Leva Bates in Las Vegas. Ray is excited his match maker skills worked.

John Silver and Alex Reynolds tell Chuck Taylor his attempt at being spooky didn’t go so well. This week they want him to be a proper perv. Preston Vance shows up and they tell Chuck to “touch his t***y”. They rub Chuck’s face in 10’s pectorals and tell him he did good. Chuck doesn’t seem too happy about this.

At the “Go” position backstage Nick & Matt are excited about the opportunity to be the first two-time tag champs. 

Cutler welcomes them back after the win. The Bucks celebrate, exhausted. Nick says he broke his nose. 

In the locker room, Matt says he’s sore as Nick picks chunks of table out of Matt’s hair.

Later that night back at the hotel, Matt reflects on this career and says he’s got to start appreciating these moments knowing he’s closer to the end of his career than the start. He feels happy that they put on a great match on national television with all the bad news of late. 

The Dark Order are questioning where the Forbidden Door is and why are people allowed to walk through it. Uno wants it to end. Hangman walks by and  he thanks them for helping him when he was at the bottom and getting him all the way to the World Championship. Uno tells him they’ll always be friends. Reynolds tells him they just want him to be happy. Uno says he’s not sure winning the title did make him happy. Uno changes back to Forbidden Door and Hangman gives them a map to find it. It’s a drawing of a penis.
