TMZ RELEASES JEFF HARDY ARREST VIDEO, GUNS WERE DRAWN AT HARDY

TMZ acquired footage of Jeff Hardy's arrest from The Florida Highway Patrol, with the footage showing that at one point, Hardy had guns drawn on him by multiple Troopers when he initially didn't comply after being pulled over.

In the seven minute video, Hardy states that he had taken several double shots of Fireball and is scheduled for a brain scan due to head trauma from wrestling. 

The footage clears up the mystery of when Hardy was arrested as it is obviously early morning, not evening, so the arrest was at 9:55 AM on 6/13.  The 12:45 timestamp at Volusia County Jail is when Hardy was processed into the facility.  So, he was arrested the next morning after his musical performance and signing.  We are told that Hardy was done with all of his commitments by 11:30 PM EST on 6/12.

Hardy's arrest has been picked up by The Associated Press as well as numerous local Florida TV stations.
