COULD AEW PAY TRIBUTE TO EDDIE GUERRERO NEXT?, WHO SHOULD BE THE ANNOUNCE TEAM AT THE FORBIDDEN DOOR PPV, OWEN AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2022-06-03 10:00:00

What happened to WWF's Tori  (Not Torrie Wilson, but the one who was with Kane) from the Attitude Era?

After leaving WWF, Tori Poch completely divorced herself from the business.  The last we had heard was she was living somewhere in the Pacific Northwest, but that was a long time ago.

Who do you personally see doing commentary at Forbidden Door? I would like to see some equal representation and have Chris Charlton involved in the broadcast. To be honest, I think Jim Ross should sit this one out because I feel he might be lost in the shuffle this entire pay-per-view. Am I being unreasonable?

I don't see Charlton coming all the way to the United States when Kevin Kelly is available and lives here.   My suggestion would be a rotating team of Tony Schiavone, Jim Ross, Kevin Kelly, Ian Riccaboni and Excalibur.

There were rumors Rhea Ripley was in Las Vegas last weekend.  Is she AEW bound?

No, she's under contract to WWE.  If she was in Vegas, she had an off weekend from WWE and can go vacation or visit anywhere she wants.

Was there ever any plan for Owen Hart to be the WWF Champion?

Not that I have heard.  He had that long run challenging Bret Hart for the title in 1994 but I've never heard of any scuttled plans for an Owen title win that never happened.

Do you think AEW could pay tribute to Eddie Guerrero the way they did Owen Hart?

No, I believe WWE has ownership of Guerrero's name and likeness, so AEW could not use his name in the same manner they did Owen.
