We start off with a video package showing MVP's journey from ally to enemy of Bobby Lashley.
Montel Vontavious Porter and Omos enter the cage and Porter says you will witness a spectacle of destruction. One of the people who will enter this cage got a little too big for his boots, tried to get the spotlight of Wrestlemania without him. That is the former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley. The other competitor is the future of the WWE. He is bigger, stronger, and meaner than Bobby Lashley could ever be. That would be Omos. Porter says he expects Lashley to put up a fight but the result is a foregone conclusion. Omos can beat Bobby Lashley by pinning him one. . . two. . . three, or he can beat Lashley until he scream out to quit by submission, or he can escape the cage. Since there are no disqualifications, he expects Omos to brutalize Lashley more than he did at Wrestlemania. Let's be clear, the All Mighty Era ends tonight. You are blessed and fortunate to be living in the era of Omos.
Cedric Alexander attacks Lashley as Lashley makes his way to the ring. Omos joins in the attack and officials try to pull Alexander away from the tumult. After many officials and camera edits, things are under control.
We go to commercial.

Before the match starts, Theory gets a mic and he tells Ali that he almost forgot. He can't figure out what makes you think this is going to happen? Seriously. I can't go through with this match unless there is someone who can call this straight down the middle. I guess we are going to need a special guest referee for this match . . . THE MIZ.
Theory says something doesn't seem right. It is not fair for Ali to lose and fail your way into a match with the champ. I think I will help you out and take you to the first lesson I learned from Mr. McMahon. Expect the unexpected. I have prepared a match to see if you are truly championship material. I am not your opponent, it is VEER MAHAAN.
