Impact Wrestling has now taped all of their TV leading up to the 6/19 Slammiversary PPV following this weekend's TV tapings. We are told that a lot of content was shot out of sequence, specifically material featuring New Japan talents as they were needed for the NJPW event last night in Washington, DC.
PCO is believed to have injured his shoulder last night. When asked about his status we were told he "would be OK" but haven't been able to confirm specific injury details. If and when we do, we will update.
Among those producing matches at the tapings were Gail Kim, Lance Storm, D'Lo Brown, Tommy Dreamer, Chris Sabin, Jimmy Jacobs, Madison Rayne and Cody Deaner. Kim and Rayne worked specifically on Knockouts matches.
Rhino produced matches for BTI - Before the Impact.
There were raves for a PCO vs. Vincent bout as well as a six man tag team bout featuring Matt Taven & Mike Bennett & Eddie Edwards vs. Frankie Kazarian & The Motor City Machineguns
Impact will be taping TV on Monday 6/20 at the Nashville Fairgrounds. The company's production will have to turn around the footage for that Thursday.
