FRIGHTENING MOMENT ON OPENING NIGHT OF WWE UK TOUR

TMZ reported that on last night's WWE live event in Newcastle, during a match between Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre, the ring ropes broke and Lashley went flying over while going for a rebound move off the ropes. 

TMZ's notes that "At one point, Lashley's body appeared to fold up as if he was an accordion ... with the former WWE champ presumably landing on his head and neck."

Additional from Mike Johnson:  Incredibly, WWE sources stated this morning that both Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley are OK after the incident.  Lashley especially is extremely lucky.
