TMZ.com reported an update today on WWE star Jonathan Fatu aka Jimmy Uso's July 2021 DUI arrest in Pensacola, Florida. At the time, Uso was arrested after being caught going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was found to have a blood alcohol content of .205, according to TMZ at the time.
TMZ, which also published police video from the arrest this morning, reported that earlier this month, Uso plead no contest as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. Uso was required to complete several courses related to the incident and took and has already completed those classes.
The arrest was the third known arrest for Fatu over the last several years.
In July 2019, Fatu was also arrested Pensacola, Florida and charged with DUI after he was pulled over at 3:04 AM after authorities observed him "driving erratically" and "swerving left and right." The police report at the time claimed that Uso "reeked" of alcohol and refused to undergo testing at the scene to test him for intoxication. He was found not guilty after a jury trial.
In February 2019, Uso was arrested in Detroit, Michigan after authorities pulled over the car his wife Naomi was driving as she was driving the wrong way on a one way street. In that incident, Uso got out of the car, despite being told not to do so and took off his jacket and acted as if he wanted to fight. He eventually calmed down and listened to the police officers who stopped the car. Uso was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice at the time. He plead no contest in that case and ended up paying a fine.
