The First Wrestlemania

The first-ever WrestleMania was held in 1985 and it featured Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant. This match is still considered to be one of the greatest matches in history. The event also marked the debut of the Undertaker, who would go on to become one of the biggest stars in wrestling.

Andre the Giant's Last Match

In 1987, Andre the Giant wrestled his last match at WrestleMania III against Hulk Hogan. He died just two years later from heart failure.

Hulk Hogan's Retirement

In 1999, Hulk Hogan retired after winning the WWF Championship for the seventh time. He made his final appearance as champion at WrestleMania 2000, where he lost to Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Stone Cold Stunner

At WrestleMania X8, Stone Cold Steve Austin stunned Vince McMahon with a Stunner. It was an iconic moment that ended up being named by ESPN the best sports moment ever.

Vince McMahon's Return

At WrestleMania 23, Vince McMahon returned to the company after a 14-year absence. He defeated Shawn Michaels to win the World Heavyweight Title.

Triple H & Stephanie McMahon's Wedding

After losing to Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2003, Shawn Michaels announced his retirement from professional wrestling.
