John Davis, former director of the Mississippi Department of Human Services, is facing new bribery charges for his part in allegedly misappropriating public funds, using grants to the nonprofit Mississippi Community Education Center in exchange for payments to the luxury rehab facility for former WWE developmental talent Brett DiBiase, according to Mississippi Today.
