New Japan releases the April 9, 2022 card for Hyper Battle from the Ryogoku in Tokyo, Japan, headlined by IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada defending against the New Japan Cup 2022 winner, Zack Sabre Jr.

IWGP World Heavyweight Championship:   Kazuchika Okada vs. Zack Sabre Jr.

IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship:  El Desperado vs. SHO

IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championship:  YOSHI-HASHI and Hirooki Goto vs. Great O-Khan and Jeff Cobb

NEVER Openweight Championship:  EVIL vs. Hiromu Takahashi

KOPW 2022 Championship:  Toru Yano vs. Taichi

IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championship:  Master Wato and Ryusuke Taguchi vs. El Phantasmo and Taiji Ishimori

Undercard matches:

Shingo Takagi and Tetsuya Naito vs. Aaron Henare and Will Ospreay
