We’re back with the Third yearly edition of For The Culture, the show that puts a laser focus on highlighting black excellence in professional wrestling. Suge D, Faye Jackson & AC Mack are on commentary. J-Rose is our announcer. Here we go!

Match 1: Tasha Steelz(c) v Big Swole (for the Impact Knockouts Championship)

Tasha took the mic to introduce herself and you know AC Mack was all about that.  This is a unique test for Steelz, who has never defeated Swole in a championship match before. Swole clearly knows that and comes in hard at the bell. Steelz survived the early storm, stuns Swole and tries to chop the championship ambitions out of her. Swole hits a series of good European uppercuts as she starts to fire back up. She catches a cutter attempt and starts to land some big shots for two counts. Steelz with a stunner! Swole with a ripcord roaring elbow! Steelz rolls out to avoid the pin. Swole throws her back in, slingshots into the ring but Steelz hit a cutter and drops Swole for the three!

Winner: Tasha Steelz

Match 2: Keita vs Ju Dizz vs Trey Shaw vs Carlie Bravo vs Michael Oku vs Andino vs PB Smooth (w/ Faye Jackson)

Faye abandoned her commentary spot to accompany PB Smooth to the ring. He’s the biggest man in the ring and everyone takes their turn bringing the pain to PB. This works for a time but Smooth just starts throwing people at people and clears the rings. Reverse Worlds Strong slam and leg drop to the back of the head on Andino. Ju Dizz tries a triangle choke and Smooth just throws him away. Dizz is able to bait smooth over the top and enziguris him to the floor. Shaw owns the ring briefly until Keita hits a German. Andino with a pop up blue Thunder to Keita! Bravo and Andino jawing, Oku in hot and fast to clean the ring. We get a dive party going! Oku with a beeeeeautiful Fosbery Flop. Smooth has had enough of this and dunks Shaw’s throat to the top rope for a near fall. Good sequence of big moves, Smooth in last time hit a one arm bomb to bravo. Shaw and Oku take out the legs of the big man. Oku with a running knee to Shaw and sinks in a deeeeep half crab to force the tap and end this wild scramble.

Winner: Michael Oku

Match 3: Hitmakerz (Franc, Ashanti thee Adonis w/ B-Fab) vs Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor & O’Shay Edwards w/ Rev Ron Hunt)

Franc and Taylor already want this to spiral out of control, Edwards in to calm things down and get the match underway. Robert Martyr joins the commentary table. Franc and Edwards trading powerful shoulders before Kaiju is sent FLYING. Ashanti, somehow the small man in this battle gets passed in a suplex to Taylor. Taylor wants Franc bad and makes sure to stare a hole through him as Ashanti takes a beating. Franc finally tagged in hot, he’s going for it against Taylor before he’s distracted by the managers fighting at ringside. STP ganging up on Franc. Ashanti turns this into a huge tower of doom! Franc with a moonsault into STP!!! What?!? Franc picks up both large men and slams them both. HOW?!? Hunt creating more distraction and Ashanti destroyed by a running knee and spinning shoulder driver. Franc can’t make the save and Taylor gets the three! Is the beef between these factions settled? A big hand shake and we’re all friends now! The crowd rewards Hitmakerz with a “please come back” to let them know they belong here.

Winners: Shane Taylor Promotions

Match 4: MJ Jenkins vs Trish Adora(c) (for the Pan Afrikan World Diaspora Championship)

MJ wants this title and brings the power to Adora. Big chops and hits crumble the champ repeatedly, who has to weather this storm and try to grind Jenkins over the long game. Huge spin kick by Jenkins for two! MJ catches a cross body and kicks the hell out of Adora’s tree of woe. Jenkins wants to put the champ to sleep. MJ backpacks but Adora stunners free. Trading forearms in the center, Adora firing up! Crossbody, flurry of punches, Adora throwing knees! Jenkins rocks the champ, big sidewinder slam for two! The crowd is on Adora’s side and is getting to Jenkins. Adora escapes a German into one of her own, big bridge for two. Adora with the lariat, Jenkins matrix dodges head kick for two! MJ wants to hit the lariat but Adora drops her with a full Nelson sitout drop and a body scissor pin to get the three!

Winner: Trish Adora

Match 5: Darius Lockhart vs AJ Gray

Mike Outlaw joins the commentary table. Lots of guests tonight! Lockhart with the quick pins early that rattle Gray. The crowd is behind Gray but Lockhart is tying his limbs up and keeping him grounded. Lockhart working the shoulder, hoping to neutralize that big lariat Gray throws. Gray catches him on an up and over and this is a fight now. Gray slaps the blood right out of Darius’ mouth. Gray mocking a stunned Darius on the mat, the crowd eats this up. Darius firing back with jabs and hard chops. Gray dumped with a T bone suplex. Top rope crossbody for two! Gray with a spine buster and powerbomb for two! Darius ducks the lariat, roll through to a brain buster! Running knee! Lockhart is out of steam and can’t make the pin quick enough. Lockhart with a slap and comes running, Gray pops up with the lariat! Lockhart kicks out! Lockhart tries for a driver but Gray rolls through with a headlock, hooks the leg and  arches the three count!

Winner: AJ Gray

Match 6: Bryan Keith vs Mysterious Q vs Zenshi vs JTG

JTG is content to let everyone fight amongst themselves. Keith and Q want to renew their rivalry but Zenshi wishes to interject. Q with a great rebound elbow drop to Keith. JTG finally joins the match against Q and gets into a slugfest. JTG with a bulldog and backdrop neckbreaker for two. Everyone gangs up on the JAY THA GOD. Zenshi with a creative acrobatic flurry, sweeping and kicks and diving off the apron in a single fluid motion. Q with an airplane spin reversed to a blue Thunder bomb to Zenshi! JTG with a spinning side slam! Bryan Keith wants to brawl. Superkick to Zenshi! Q with a corner to corner coast to coast! JTG with a buckle bomb! Zenshi falls victim to the finish as Q hits a cutter on Zenshi while Bryan Keith had him in an electric chair. Q gets the pin on Zenshi to close this fun 4-way!

Winner: Mysterious Q

Main Event: Billy Dixon vs Hoodfoot (Deathmatch)

Advertised as the first All-Black Deathmatch - It’s time for f***ery and what a wild main event we have tonight! Deathmatch Dixon is back! Billy dodging light tube shots but Hoodfoot cracks one over the head and we are UNDERWAY. Hoodfoot tries to walk Billy down but he winds up with a gusset stomped into his back and skull. Dixon getting into with a fan at ringside that he has Twitter beef with. Hoodfoot cuts that off and blasts Dixon across the back with a barbed wire 2x4. Hoodfoot is gushing from the skull, trading shots on the apron until they both collapse through a table. They get back to the ring and Hoodfoot just smashes tube after tube over Dixon. Carve him up, Mr Atlas. Double stomp a tube through Dixon’s throat. Dixon kicks out! Hoodfoot is still losing blood and tries to recover on the top. Dixon with a chair to the head and throws Hoodfoot through a door! Kick out! Dixon hits an Unprettier through tubes. Jeeeeeesus Christ. Hoodfoot kicks out! Dixon with a lariat to the back of the head. Short ddt. Kick out! Dixon is smiling and still ready to party. Hoodfoot hit with a pop up spine buster to the glass. Dixon yelling at Hoodfoot to give it up and blasts tubes across his bare back. Billy too busy with the crowd and Hoodfoot blasts a tube and hits a backdrop driver for two! The tube took THREE hard shots to break! Eeeesh. Dixon trying to beg off, Hoodfoot with a headbutt and hits a pumphandle powerbomb through a door! Dixon out at ONE and hulking up!!!! Eye to eye and shouting, Hoodfoot unloads the clip on the back of Dixon’s head. Hoodfoot with a motor city stretch and Dixon is forced to tap out in the glass. This was crazy.

Winner: Hoodfoot

Both guys make it back to their feet and meet in the center. They share a glare but Dixon exits the ring and gives the space to a victorious Mo Atlas. Awesome match, Awesome main event, Awesome show!
