JEFF & KAREN JARRETT RETURN: COMPLETE AAA INVADES WRESTLECON COVERAGE

- The ring announcer makes his way to the ring and he introduces the announce team for tonight’s event.

The Natural Classics (Steve Filip & Tome Filip) vs. Brian King & Christi Jaynes

The match begins with Jaynes attacking Tome with some chops before being shoved away, Jaynes knocks Tome down and Tome responds by dropping her. Jaynes recovers to hit Tome with a head scissors takedown followed by an arm drag takedown, King tags in and he nails Steve with an atomic drop followed by a few drop kicks. King follows up by nailing Steve out of the ring with a handspring elbow strike, Tome interferes and that allows Steve to gain control over King. Tome hits the ring and he double teams King with Steve for a near fall, Tome tags in and he slams King before landing a leg drop for a near fall. Steve tags back in and he again double teams King alongside Tome, Steve then hits King with a suplex before attacking Jaynes. Tome tags back in and King traps him in the corner before sending Steve into him, Jaynes tags in and she cleans house against the opposing team. 

Tome knocks Jaynes to the arena floor and King returns to the ring, Tome and Steve hit King with a Boot Of Doom. Tome misses a dive on Jaynes and Jaynes lands her own on him, King then hits Steve with a handspring cutter. Jaynes hits the ring to double team Steve alongside King, King then lands a top rope splash on Steve for a near fall. Tome returns and he sends King out of the ring before super kicking Jaynes, Steve then hits King with a suicide dive. Tome and Steve then hit Jaynes with a power bomb/back stabber combo for a three count.

Winner: The Natural Classics (Steve Filip & Tome Filip)

Lumberjack Strap Match: Taya, Niño Hamburguesa & Microman vs. Rey Escorpion, Mini Abismo Negro & La Hiedra

The match begins with Negro slamming Microman before stomping away on him, Microman fights back and he takes Negro down a few times. Negro drops Microman again before lnaing a few more stomps, Microman recovers to land an arm drag and drop kick on Negro. Negro falls out of the ring and he gets back in before getting whipped by the lumberjacks, Hamburguesa and Escorpion are in the ring next. Escorpion drops Hamburguesa and Hamburguesa recovers by landing an arm drags Hamburguesa then hits Escorpion with a splash. Hamburguesa knocks Escorpion out of the ring and he gets whipped a few times, Taya and Hiedra hit the ring next. Taya attacks Hiedra as she argues with the crowd, Hiedra briefly drops Taya before eating a few arm drags. Taya then drops Hiedra with a cross body block before landing a butt smash in the corner, taya follows up by hitting a cornered Hiedra with a running double knee strike. Hiedra tries running backstage and she gets whipped by the lumberjacks, Negro and Escorpion attack Taya and that starts a brawl between both teams.

Escorpion picks up Microman and he puts him back down before nailing him with a super kick, Escorpion then nails Hamburguesa with a back body drop. Taya then gets triple teamed by the opposing team, Hamburguesa returns and he gets triple teamed as well. Hiedra then lands a missile drop kick to drop Hamburguesa, Escorpion picks up Microman and he drops him on the raised feet on Negro. Taya starts fighting back against the opposition and Hamburguesa joins in to land a double clothesline on Hiedra and Escorpion, Microman returns to deliver a 619 to Hiedra. Negro gets back up and he drops Microman with a pump kick, Microman trips up Negro before landing a bulldog on him. Microman then sends Negro out of the ring after landing an arm drag, Hamburguesa and Escorpion return to the ring. Escorpion briefly leaves the ring and he gets whipped. Negro returns and Hamburguesa sends him out of the ring to get whipped, Escorpion returns and Hamburguesa drops him before landing a seated senton. Hamburguesa then drops both Escorpion and Negro before making the moves on Hiedra, Taya hits the ring to confront Escorpion. 

Escorpion attacks her before Microman briefly steps in, Taya recovers to drop Escorpion with a head scissors takedown. Hiedra returns to attack Taya and she eats a spine buster for her efforts, Escorpion returns and he nails Taya with a package pile driver. Hamburguesa hits the ring and he slams Escorpion before landing a top rope frog splash for a near fall. Negro attacks Hamburguesa and Escorpion joins in on the attack, Hamburguesa recovers to hit both men with a double avalanche. Microman and Hamburguesa then hit both men with cannonballs, Negro recovers and he sends a charging Hamburguesa out of the ring. Microman is back and he catches Negro in a roll up for a three count.

Winners: Taya, Niño Hamburguesa & Microman

After the match, the trio of Sam Adonis, Gringo Loco & Puma King hit the ring to put Microman in a trashcan and they take him backstage.

NWA Tag Team Championship: Mecha Wolf & Bestia 666 (C) vs. Aerostar & Drago

The match begins with Drago and Wolf doing some chain wrestling, Drago gets shoved away by Wolf and that causes a brawl between both teams. Aerostar and Drago nail 666 with a springboard drop kick, Wolf returns and Drago nails him with an assisted tornado DDT for a near fall. 666 returns to attack Aerostar and Wolf attacks Drago for their team to gain control, Drago is dumped out of the ring so Aerostar can get double teamed. 666 nails Aerostar with a missile drop kick to knock him out of the ring, Drago returns and he is quickly demolished by the opposition. Aerostar returns and he gets uranage suplexes onto Drago for a near fall by Wolf, Aerostar gets whipped by the champion’s manager on the arena floor. Drago continues getting double teamed in the ring until he fights back by landing a rana on 666, Aerostar returns and he lands an assisted springboard double arm drag on Wolf and 666. 666 and Wolf then eat some suicide dives from Aerostar and Drago when they go to the arena floor, Wolf returns to the ring with Aerostar. 666 tries interfering and he eats a cutter from Aerostar, Aerostar then hits Wolf with a 619 followed by a top rope twisting cross body for a near fall.

666 and Wolf recover before double teaming Drago again, Drago fights back and he nails 666 with an enziguri. Drago follows up by nailing Wolf with a running destroyer, Aerostar returns to drop kick 666 for a near fall. Wolf returns and he gets trapped on the top rope, Aerostar hits him with a super rana and he manages to nail Drago with a super tornado DDT in return. 666 then hits Aerostar with a muscle buster before a double head kick takes out himself and Drago, Wolf returns and he eats a power bomb from Drago. Aerostar then hits Wolf with a springboard splash for a near fall, Damian 666 interferes and Aerostar takes him out with a suicide dive. 666 and Wolf then hit Drago with a power bomb/super back stabber combo for a three count.

Winners: Mecha Wolf & Bestia 666, still your NWA Tag Team Champions

Octagon Jr., Aramis & Mr. Iguana vs. Arez, Abismo Negro Jr. & Fabi Apache

The match begins with some back and forth between Negro and Aramis, Aramis catches Negro in a roll up for a near fall. Aramis follows up by taking Negro down with a head scissors takedown, Arez hits the ring and he nails Aramis with a drop kick. Octagon hits the ring to nail Arez with a top rope arm drag followed by a missile drop kick, Apache hits the ring and she nails Octagon with a head scissors takedown. Iguana hits the ring and he drops Apache before Apache slaps him in the head, Iguana grabs his toy iguana and he hits Apache with it. Iguana takes Apache down before getting jumped by the rest of her team, Iguana fends both Negro and Arez off momentarily. Arez recovers and he nails Iguana with a series of kicks followed by a DDT, Arez’s teammates hit the ring and Iguana gets triple teamed. Apache traps Iguana in the surfboard stretch before Negro nails him with a top rope double stomp, Octagon hits the ring and he is immediately triple teamed. Negro nails a downed Octagon with a top rope double stomp to the balls, Aramis hits the ring and he is also triple teamed.

Apache hits Aramis with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker before Arez lands a moonsault for a near fall, Negro then attacks the toy iguana and the rest of his team does the same. Iguana hits the ring and he is immediately low blowed by Negro, Aramis gets triple teamed before Octagon hits Arez with a springboard rana. Octagon and teammates clear the ring before landing a triple suicide dive, Aramis grabs the toy iguana and he attacks everybody with it, Arez returns to the ring and Octagon hits him with a top rope twisting cross body. Octagon then sends Arez out of the ring before nailing Negro with a rope assisted rana, Octagon knocks Negro out of the ring before faking a suicide dive. Aramis tags in and Arez makes his way into the ring, Negro tags in and both teams battle for fan support. Aramis and Negro do battle before Aramis drops him with a top rope arm drag, Aramis follows up with a head scissors takedown followed by an arm drag that knocks him out of the ring. Arez returns and he gets Aramis on the ring apron, Aramis gets back in the ring while getting Arez on the ring apron. 

Aramis then nails Arez with a reverse rana onto the ring apron, Iguana returns and he immediately knocks Negro to the arena floor before taking him down with a diving arm drag. Aramis and Octagon then get near falls on both Arez and Apache, Apache and Arez then do the same to Octagon and Aramis, Octagon and Aramis then clear the ring before Aramis takes them down with a suicide dive, Octagon follows up with a dive of his own. Negro returns to the ring and Iguana nails him with a head scissors takedown, Iguana follows up with a bulldog on Negro for a three count.

Winners: Octagon Jr., Aramis & Mr. Iguana

 

No DQ Match: Pagano, Drago Kid & Jack Cartwheel vs. Sam Adonis, Gringo Loco & Puma King

The match begins with Pagano catching King in a headlock, King gets free and he gets Pagano in his own headlock. Pagano tries to get free and King takes him down with a crossbody block, King drops Pagano with an arm drag before eating a few strikes. Pagano takes King down after exchanging a few kicks, Cartwheel interferes and he attacks King. Adonis hits the ring and he has some exchanges with Cartwheel, Cartwheel takes Adonis down with a head scissors takedown followed by some arm drags. Cartwheel offers a handshake to Adonis before landing a drop kick on him, Loco hits the ring and Cartwheel flips him off. Cartwheel does some cartwheels before taking Loco down with a rana, Kid hits the ring and Loco cracks him with a few strikes. Loco gets Kid on his shoulders and Kid takes him down with multiple ranas, Adonis returns and Kid eventually nails him with a pop up rana followed by a springboard twisting splash. Kid follows up by knocking Adonis out of the ring with a top rope rana, King hits the ring and Pagano isn’t far behind. 

Cartwheel comes in instead and he has a standoff with King, Cartwheel goes for a monkey flip and King lands on his feet. Cartwheel is sent to the ring apron and he drops King, Cartwheel goes for a splash and King gets his feet up. King then knocks Cartwheel out of the ring with a super kick, Pagano returns and he exchanges strikes with King. King recovers and Pagano nails him with a power slam, Loco hits the ring and Kid returns to nail him with a rana. Adonis returns to get double teamed by Pagano and Kid, Pagano goes for a dive and Loco cracks him with a steel chair. Adonis catches a leaping Kid and he propels him into the ring steps, Cartwheel gets in the ring and he nails King with a rope assisted rana. King recovers to hit Cartwheel with a press slam followed by a drop kick, Kid gets back in the ring and he is immediately triple teamed by the opposition. Pagano hits the ring and he is immediately triple teamed by the opposing team, Adonis hits a downed Pagano with a 450 splash before getting jumped by Cartwheel. Cartwheel is immediately sent out of the ring before Kid is triple teamed again, Kid fights back and he eventually clears the ring of everybody besides King.

King propels Kid out of the ring and Kid manages to take Loco out with a rana, Cartwheel returns to clear the ring before landing a dive on King. Pagano and Adonis return to the ring to have a striking exchange, Pagano knocks Adonis out of the ring after landing a super rana, Pagano follows up by landing a suicide dive on Adonis. King returns to the ring and Cartwheel nails him with a side Russian leg sweep, King fights back and he nails Cartwheel with a power bomb. King goes to the top rope and Kid meets him up there, Kid eventually takes King down with a super rana. Loco traps Kid on the top rope before landing a super sit out power bomb for a near fall, Pagano returns and he nails Loco with a steel chair. Adonis returns and he hits Pagano with a blockbuster, Cartwheel returns and he hits an unaware Adonis with a shooting star press. Cartwheel clears the ring before Kid takes multiple people out with a suicide dive, Cartwheel then nails foes with his own suicide dive. Loco returns to drop Pagano and miss a moonsault attempt, Pagano then hits Loco with a springboard code breaker and lariat for a near fall. Loco fights back and Pagano nails him with a kryptonite krunch for a three count.

Winners: Pagano, Drago Kid & Jack Cartwheel 

After the match, Pagano gets attacked by the losing team.

AAA Cruiserweight Championship: Laredo Kid (C) vs. Bandido vs. Flamita

The match begins with Flamita disrespecting both opponents, Flamita nails both opponents with a few strikes before leaving the ring. Bandido rolls up Kid and Kid nails him with a few strikes for his efforts, Kid then nails Bandido with a springboard rana. Bandido then hits Kid with a knee strike followed by a head scissors takedown, Bandido goes for a dive and Kid kicks him in the head. Kid looks to get back in the ring and Flamita sends him into the barricade, Bandido looks for a dive again and Flamita nails him with a super kick. Flamita attacks both opponents before taking them out with DDT’s, Flamita then hits Kid with a suicide dive before hitting Bandido with a frog splash for a near fall. Kid returns and he nails Bandido with a rana. Kid follows up on that by hitting Flamita with a tornado DDT, Kid clears the ring before hitting everybody with a suicide dive. Kid gets everybody back into the ring before slamming Bandido on top of Flamita, Kid goes to the top rope and he lands a 450 splash onto both opponents for multiple near falls. Kid keeps both opponents separated while working them both over.

(Note: During the match, the electricity went out at my house and I missed the rest of the match. Mike Johnson’s live coverage states that Laredo Kid won the match to retain the title. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused.)

Psycho Clown vs. Black Taurus

The match begins with Clown immediately getting Taurus in a headlock, Taurus gets free and he exchanges shoulder tackle attempts and arm drags with Clown. Clown nails Taurus with a head scissors takedown before a standoff happens between them, Clown nails Taurus with a few strikes before knocking him out of the ring. Clown then hits Taurus with multiple suicide dives, Clown gets Taurus back in the ring before landing a split legged moonsault for a near fall. Taurus recovers and he quickly drops Clown for another near fall, Taurus then traps Clown in the ropes before landing a dragon screw leg whip. Taurus sets up for a power bomb and Clown escapes before landing some super kicks, Clown then hits Taurus with a springboard arm drag and power slam for a near fall. Clown follows up by knocking Taurus out of the ring with a roaring elbow, Clown then hits Taurus with a moonsault from the ring apron. Clown gets Taurus back in the ring before nailing him with a face wash, Clown then catches Taurus in a roll up for another near fall. Taurus fights back and he corners Clown before landing an enziguri, Taurus follows up with a pop up Samoan drop on Clown for a near fall. 

Taurus waits for Clown to get up before nailing him with more strikes, Clown recovers to hit Taurus with a pop up elbow strike followed by a super kick and a destroyer for a near fall. Clown uses a drop kick to again knock Taurus out of the ring, Clown then hits Taurus with another suicide dive. Clown gets Taurus back in the ring before landing a super sunset flip for a near fall, Taurus recovers and he catches a charging Clown in a back breaker. Taurus then hits Clown with a power bomb back breaker followed by a lariat, Taurus leaves the ring and he returns with a table. Taurus then sets up the table in the corner and Clown immediately attacks him, Taurus goes to the top rope and Clown attacks him with a strap. Clown goes to the top rope and he nails Taurus with a super rana, Clown then spears Taurus through the table for a three count.

Winner: Psycho Clown 

After the match, Jeff Jarrett hits the ring with Karen Jarrett, Sam Adonis, Gringo Loco and Puma King to attack Psycho Clown. Jarrett steals Vlad The Superfan’s cane and he attacks Clown with it, Jeff gets the microphone and he says he is behind the group consisting of Adonis, King and Loco. Karen gets the microphone and she promises that things are about to get interesting in AAA, Adonis removes the mask of Clown as Jeff says he’ll “do it all” on the microphone. The heel faction poses with Clown’s mask to end the show. 

Additional by Mike Johnson - what happened after the show went off the air:

The crowd chanted for Psycho Clown as he struggled to recover.  He took the mic, hiding his face with a U.S. flag and told the audience, in English, that he loved the crowd every tonight and he hopes to see them soon.  He said Mexico and the U.S. are brothers and he'd loved to stay here all night with the fans.  He thanked everyone for coming.  He placed his mask back on and danced, bringing some kids into the ring.   He spent a lot of time signing and taking photos at ringside.
