GABLE STEVESON SAYS HE'S WRESTLEMANIA BOUND

Just hours after he tweeted and deleted that he would be at Wrestlemania 38, NCAA Champion Gable Steveson told Sports Illustrated's Justin Barrasso that he would be at the event, intimating he would be in an on camera  role.

“I plan on going to WrestleMania,” said Steveson.  "That’s the first time WWE fans will see me and what I’m about. I’m going to put my heart out there.”

Steveson signed with WWE in September 2021 and was announced as drafted to the Raw brand during the most recent WWE Draft.  Steveson has been ringside at several WWE PPV events but has yet to make his debut as he was finishing his collegiate wrestling career.
