IMPACT WRESTLING NEWS AND NOTES

Add former WWE and Cirque du Soliel Exec Lou D'Angeli, aka the former Sign Guy Dudley, to those visiting backstage at Impact Wrestling's TV tapings in Philadelphia over the weekend.  Impact Producer Tommy Dreamer posted the following photo with all the ECW alumni at the tapings:

As was teased on last week's Impact TV, Johnny Swinger and Zicky Dice are being put together with Swinger mentoring Dice.

Expect Matt Cardona and Brian Myers to be together in the weeks ahead as well.

Impact taped all of their TV leading to the Rebellion PPV on 4/23 over the weekend.  We are told that there will probably be some content filmed Wrestlemania weekend in Dallas as well, but beyond that, pretty much all the major angles and matches were taped over the weekend.

The updated lineup for Impact Wrestling's Multiverse of Matches on 4/1 at The Fairmont Hotel as part of Wrestlecon over Wrestlemania 38 weekend features:

*Chris Sabin vs. Jay White.

*The Briscoes vs. The Good Brothers.

*Eddie Edwards vs. Tomohiro Ishii.

*Ultimate X match - competitors to be announced.

*ROH & AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Deonna Purrazzo in the Champ Champ Challenge.
