REGAL TALKS HEALTH AND CAREER, DYNAMITE HIGHLIGHTS AND MORE

By Paul Jordan on 2022-03-17 09:59:00

Chris Jericho's Talk Is Jericho podcast with William Regal is definitely a must-listen.  It looks like they're going to do a part two.  But in this first show alone Regal discusses his relationship with Bryan Danielson, his lost feud with Jon Moxley in Florida Championship Wrestling, working with Cesaro in NXT, never insulting the audience, helping out young talent behind-the-scenes, putting together The Cruiserweight Classic and UK Championship tournaments, and working with Canyon Cemen on WWE tryouts.  But the real focus of the episode is talking about Regal's injuries and recent near-death experiences following complications after having four discs in his neck fused after realizing he actually broke his neck in 1993, winning the WCW television title from Ricky Steamboat.  He also talks about a heart condition that almost led to his death and how complications from that surgery almost led to him losing his leg.  Regal is very grateful to WWE for helping him out through all that and is very grateful for his time in NXT.  Really cannot wait to hear part two.  Really can't do the podcast justice.  Definitely give it a lesson if you get the chance.

Keith Lee is on the latest AEW Unrestricted podcast. Lee discusses making his debut for All Elite Wrestling, his theme music, his recent nuptials and everything that surrounded it, his positive mindset, battling Covid and other health issues, his wrestling training, the influence of Dusty Rhodes, Jim Ross and William Regal in his pro-wrestling career, PWG, meeting Tony Khan and more.
