NEW AEW WOMEN'S CHAMPION CROWNED

Thunder Rosa captured the AEW Women's Championship, defeating Dr. Britt Baker in a steel cage match in the main event of tonight's episode of Dynamite.

Baker captured the title at the 2021 Double or Nothing PPV, holding the belt for 291 days.

Rosa becomes the fifth woman to hold the championship after Riho, Nyla Rose, Hikaru Shida and Baker.
