It is Wednesday, and AEW is in San Antonio Texas at the Freeman Coliseum, and it’s time for AEW Dynamite. Our Commentary team is Jim Ross, Excalibur, and Tony Schiavone.
Adam Cole and reDRagon vs Adam Page, Jungle Boy, and Luchasaurus
Bullet Point Time Bay Bay.
Jungle Boy and Cole start out with Cxole kicking JB and taking him to the corners.
They dodge each other’s moves until JB hits a series of kicks.
Bobby tags in and JB takes him to the corner where Luchasaurus tags in and cleans house.
Fish pulls Kyle to the outside where they are able to attack Luchasaurus on the floor.
Fish and Luchasaurus go back to the ring and Fish keeps Luchasaurus on the mat.
Kyle tags in and keeps Luchasaurus in their corner.
Cole’s team keeps tagging in and out working over Luchasaurus.
Luchasaurus is able to hit a double lariat and tags in Page.
Page is able to clean house ending with a pop up power bomb on Fish for a two count.
Page sets up for the buckshot and Fish rolls out of the ring.
JB tags in and leaps onto Cole’s team on the floor.
JB goes to the top and Page and Luchasaurus join him for a triple moonsault on Cole’s team in different areas.
JB covers Fish for a two count.
The ref is distracted and Cole’s team is able to take advantage to attack JB, and reDRagon gets the endless charges to the corner into JB as we go picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Luchasaurus gets the hot tag and cleans house.
Fish is choke slammed onto Kyle and both are covered for a two counters.
Luchasaurus sets Kyle up for the doomsday machine, but Kyle slides down and JB leaps into a kick from Cole.
Kyle gets a grounded leg lock on Luchasaurus.
Cole locks on a squatting bear hug on Page, and they fall into Luchasaurus to break the hold.
Cole and Page are now the two men in the ring and they trade strikes and kicks.
Page gets a deadeye.
All six men are in the ring getting finishers.
Cole and Kyle are put on the shoulders of Page and Luchasaurus, and JB hits a ouble doomsday device and cover for a two count, broken up by Fish.
Fish and JB are the legal men and they run the ropes.
Cole tags in and hits the Boom Knee on JB and pins for the three counters.

In the back, Tony Schiavone is with Keith Lee and Team Taz. Tony says there will be no physicality in the interview and Team Taz says if Lee shows up on Rampage they will take him out again. Lee says he will see them Friday.
We get a short video package of Kris Statlander taking off her makeup.
Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley vs Wheeler Yuta and Chuck Taylor
William Regal joins commentary.
Mox and Bryan attack before the bell. They work over Yuta with a quick tag and Mox gets a quick one count. Bryan tags in and goes after Yuta, working over the right arm. Mox tags in and attack with strikes. Bryan tags in and gets a two count.
Bryan keeps working on Yuta’s arm with stomps and arm bars. Taylor is tagged in and he goes after Bryan with strikes. Chuck gets a single leg crab, but Bryan is able to tag Mox who nails Chuck with a strike to the face. Chuck is tossed to the outside and Bryan attacks him there. Bryan tosses him to the ring for Mox to work him over in the corner. They trade chops and Bryan tags in and gets to work with kicks. Bryan then locks in a seated leg lock. He then bridges back. Mox tags in and breaks up their move with a kick to Chuck’s face.
Mox takes Chuck to the top and hits a super plex for a two count. He puts on a hammerlocvk and we go to picture in picture.
When they return to full screen, Chuck is able to tag in Yuta, who hits Mox with a drop kick. Mox is able to stop Mox with a strike. Yuta gets a German suplex for a two count, and after Mox kicks out, Yuta attacks Mox with strikes in the corner. Mox is able to kick out and Bryan is able to tag in, Mox holds Yuta for a clothesline from Bryan. Chuck comes in and he and Mox go to the floor where Chuck tosses Mox into the barricade.
They brawl on the outside and Mox hits a Paradigm shift on the floor. Bryan nails Yuta with a series of kicks in the middle of the ring and then he fights off Bryan and Mox until Mox hits a suplex. Bryan hits a suplex and Yuta kicks out at two.
The crowd starts chanting for Yuta.
Bryan is able to get Yuta in position to stomp his head in. Mox tags in and puts on the bulldog choke, causing Yuta to tap out.
Your Winners: Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley
Yuta leaves the Best Friends on their way to the back and joins Regal in the ring. Yuta holds out his hand to shake and Regal slap him instead. Yuta holds his ground. Regal then tells him good job, and tells him to go away before it gets to be too much.
Tony is in the back with FTR and he asks them about firing Tully Blanchard. Cash says that when they lost the title, Tully lost focus. The Young Bucks show up and say that no matter what they do, they will be the second best tag team in AEW.
In the back, The Acclaimed talk about their match with Keith Lee, and Team Taz show up and tell them to take out the new people coming in. Swerve Strickland comes in and says what can they do about him turning Rampage into his house.
It’s not time for the newly formed heel faction The Jericho Appreciation Society to come out. Heel or not, everyone sings Judas. 2.0 and Daniel Garcia put Jericho over as being one the best human being on the face of the planet. A sign behind Jericho says “Jericho Did Nothing Wrong.” He says that people here are lucky enough to be around during the Chris Jericho era. He buries the members of the Inner Circle and the crowd chants for Eddie Kingston.
Jericho says says he is not a pro wrestler, he is a sports entertainer. And the crowd boos him. Loudly. Daniel Garcia says he is one too. Jericho puts over Garcia’s recovery from a car wreck. He then puts over 2.0 and says they will never be called that again. He says they will use their real names from now are and says their names are Daddy Magic Matt Menard and Cool Hand Ang Angelo Parker.
He says they appreciate him for getting them a job. He then puts over Jake Hager and he is the hand of the king. Hager says they are the JAS and they beat up pro wrestlers.
We get a video recap of Serena Deeb and Hikaru Shida.
Scorpio Sky (TNT Champion) vs Wardlow
Dan Lambert is wearing the second TNT belt.
Wardlow turns his back to the champion and then they meet in the middle of the ring and go face to face. The crowd cheers for Wardlow. Sky puts on a headlock and Wardlow lifts and tosses him down. Sky attacks Wardlow in the corner with bites, and Wardlow is able to get Sky in the corner and works him over. They go to the outside and Sky tries to escape. Paige Vanzant and Austin Vanderford cut him off. Wardlow goes to power bomb Austin, but Sky drop kicks him and we go picture in picture.
When they return to full screen, Sky has Wardlow in the corner and is taunting him. Wardlow gets up and grabs Sky, but Sky punches his way out of it. Wardlow hits a belly to belly on Sky and then tosses him a second time, but he is clutching his midsection from Sky attacks on the small screen. Wardlow gets Sky up for the power bomb, but Sky fights his way out. Wardlow is able to get a choke slam.
Wardlow is able to get the first power bomb, then the second after a delay. We get a third and Lambert gets on the apron. Wardlow goes after Lambert and Sky rolls to the outside. Wardlow goes to powerbomb him on the floor when Shawn Spears comes out with chairs. As Wardlow watches Spears, MJF comes out of nowhere and slams Wardlow into the ring post. Wardlow rolls into the ring and Sky rolls him up and covers for the three.
Your winner and still TNT Champion, Scorpio Sky
Lambert’s team starts a beat down, but Wardlow fights his way back. He grabs MJF, and Spears gets Wardlow in the back with a chair, and it’s time for Wardlow to take the beat down. MJF then pays Lambert and puts on the Diamond Ring to punch Wardlow. After Wardlow struggles to his feet, MJF nails him with the ring.
In the back, Jade has her interview segment and she asks who is ready to step up.
Private Party vs The Hardys
Matt Hardy and Marq Quen start it off and go to the corner for a xclean break.
Matt motions to delete.
ALL FOUR MEN ARE IN THE RING
The ref clears things and Matt works over Marq’s arm and then tags in Jeff
They double team Marq, Isiah Kassidy comes in and they double team him.
Jeff hits a drop kick on Marq and covers for a two count.
Jeff runs the ropes, hits a hip toss and covers for a one counter
The crowd chants Brother Nero
Matt tags in, and they coubel team Marq and Matt covers for a two count
Matt nails Marq with elbows.
Isiah tags in and they double team Matt and cover for a two count.
They work in the corner and Matt goes for a Razor’s Edge, but Isiah gets out, pops Jeff and then both he and Marq drag Matt crotch first into the ring post.
We go to picture in picture
When we come back to full screen, Private Party are double teaming Matt and distracting the ref
Marq covers for a two count and Isiah is tagged in.
Isiah hits a foot stomp neck breaker from the top and covers.
Isiah mounts Matt and pummels him while crap talking him.
He drags Matt to the corner for a two man beat down
Marq tags in and the crowd chants for Jeff to come in
Marq mocks Jeff and when he comes back to Matt, Matt hits a slam on Marq into Isiah and get the hot tag to Jeff
Jeff, as expected, cleans house
He gets a two count on Isiah, then hits a Russian Leg Sweep into a second two counters
Jeff goes to the top and Marq pulls Jeff’s legs.
Matt runs in and gets a side effect on Marq
Jeff hits a diving splash on Isiah
Jeff calls for Deletion and the crowd joins in.
Private Part goes for silly string and runs into a pair of twists of fate
Jeff goes to the top for the Swanton and the three count on Isiah
Your winners: The Hardys
Andrade’s music hits and he comes out with Butcher, Blade, the Bunny and Jose. They surround the ring and we hear Darby Allin’s and he comes out with Sting, Darby’s Skateboard and Sting’s Bat.,
I didn’t see if Butcher was wearing his monocle, so I will have to watch the reply for a better view.
Andrade’s team back away and Excalibur gives us the rundown for Rampage's card. Tony has a quick interview with Red Velvet from someone’s mom’s basement with wood paneling as Red Velvet will be taking on Leyla Hirsch.
The steel cage is lowered as it is time for our main event.
Britt Baker (AEW Women’s Champion) vs Thunder Rosa in a steel cage
Rosa has a huge entrance with a band and costumes. They say it is her home town, even though I don’t think San Antonio is the Graveyards of Tijuana.
Baker goes to climb the cage and Rosa grabs her. Baker tries a secodn time and gets pulled down again and nailed with strikes. The commentators remind us that you don’t win by escaping the cage. They start to run the ropes, but Rosa stops and drops Baker with a kick and a clothesline. Rosa then tosses Baker into the cage, head first.
Rosa keeps up the strikes and then rakes her head across the cage. Baker is busted open because of course she is. The crowd chants for Rosa to f$#@ her up. Rosa beats Baker in the corner, hits a scoop slam and then keeps up the attack., Baker has not gotten in a single offensive move. Rosa rolls Baker to the outside and then slams her head into the cage again. Baker is able to grab Rosa dn tosses her into the cage.
The ref checks Baker’s cut as Rosa gets to her feet and we go to picture in picture. JR yells it’s a damn bloodbath!
When we return to full screen, Baker has been in control on the small screen. Baker is throwing chairs into the ring. Not as many as the ECW Cactus Jack/ Terry Funk chair tossing incident, but JR references it. Rosa, however, is the one who attacks Baker with the chairs and then hits a stunner. Rosa hits a series of kicks in the corner and then gets a two count. Baker accidentally takes out the ref and Rosa hits the fire thunder driver and covers for a ten count.
Rosa goes to the top and Baker hits her with the chair three times, and then starts stacking chairs. Baker goes to the top and hits an avalanche air raid driver and then yells for a ref. Aubry Edwards comes from the back and is let into the cage. Baker covers for a two count.
Rosa and Baker trade blows on their knees. They get to their feet and baker gets into Edwards’s face. Baker then starts setting up chairs again. Baker puts Rosa on the top. STACKING MORE CHAIRS Baker then spears Rosa with a chair and then adds it to the stack. Baker goes to the top and Rosa starts to fight her way out. They are both on the top fo the top turnbuckle and then fight with Baker being tossed into the chair and Rosa comes down to cover for a two count.
Baker hits a super kick on Rosa and then rolls out few the ring for the bag of thumb tacks.
“Somebody tell we why we need thumbtacks under the damn ring” me and you both, JR.
Baker is able to suplex Rosa into the tacks and then goes for the lock jaw. Rosa starts biting Baker’s hand. Rosa grabs Bakers hand and slams it into the thumbtacks. Rosa then power slams Baker into the thumbtacks. They go the floor and Baker tosses a chair at Rosa. They trade blows and Rosa hits a fire thunder driver into the thumbtacks and covers for the three count.
