STARDOM RESULTS, RUMI KAZAMA MEMORIAL SHOW RESULTS AND MORE FROM JAPAN

STARDOM results from Tokyo, Japan at Belle Salle Takadanobaba on 3/12/22:

At the start of the show they did a Tug of War with ropes in the ring and members of Queen's Quest and Oedo Tai outside the ring pulling on them to decide a series of singles matches and the match order for later in the show. It's basically a Tug of War lottery version of picking straws and no ropes were actually used in the matches between the two units. The stipulation is the losing unit must disband. 

Saya Iida pinned Momo Kongo with a Northern Lights Suplex in 6:42.

Giulia, Thekla, MIRAI, and Mai Sakurai beat Tam Nakano, Mina Shirakawa, Unagi Sayaka, and Wake Tsukiyama when Sakurai pinned Tsukiyama after a front face buster in 14:46.

Syuri, Marika, Himeka, and Natsupoi beat Mayu Iwatani, Hazuki, Koguma, and Hanan when Natsupoi pinned Hanan in 13:21.

The Tug of War series:

Utami Hayashishita went to a 15-minute time limit draw with Momo Watanabe. 

Saki Kashima pinned Lady C with My Emblem in 7:04.

AZM pinned Rina with Azumi Sushi in 8:41.

Saya Kamitani pinned Ruaka after a Frankensteiner in 5:52.

Starlight Kid beat Miyu Amasaki with a Texas Cloverleaf in 11:10.

Queens Quest and Oedo Tai ended up with 2 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw each making it a draw. Each unit gets to remain because of the draw and the feud continues. 

STARDOM results from Tokyo, Japan at Korakuen Hall on 3/13/22:

Mina Shirakawa won a 3-Way Match over Momo Kohgo and Fukigen Death by pinning Kohgo after the Implant DDT in 8:17.

Unagi Sayaka pinned Mai Sakurai after a swinging face buster in 6:31.

AZM and Miyu Amasaki beat Tam Nakano and Waka Tsukiyama when AZM pinned Tsukiyama after a diving double stomp in 10:14.

Starlight Kid, Momo Watanabe, Saki Kashima, Ruaka, and Rina beat Mayu Iwatani, Hazuki, Koguma, Saya Iida, and Hanan when Rina pinned Hanan after a Gory Bomb in 13:35.

Syuri and MIRAI went to a 20-minute time limit draw with Giulia and Thekla. The members of Prominence came to the ring to once again confront Donna Del Mondo.

Artists of STARDOM Champions Maika, Himeka, and Natsupoi beat Utami Hayashishita, Saya Kamitani, and Lady C when Maika pinned Lady C with a Michinoku Driver II in 18:43. Tam Nakano, Mina Shirakawa, and Unagi Sayaka came out after the match to be the next challengers.

LLPW-X’s Rumi Kazama Memorial Show results from Tokyo, Japan at Korakuen Hall on 3/15/22: 

Rumi Kazama passed away in September 2021. She was the co-founder and president of LLPW in 1992 in addition to being a roster member until her retirement in the early 2000s. The company rebranded as LLPW-X in the early 2000s. They haven’t had a show since December 2019 and had only been running one or two events a year since 2015.

Pictures of Kazama and her ring gear were on display today in Korakuen Hall.

Yumi Ohka won the Kazama Memorial Battle Royal over Matsumoto Miyako, Cherry, Kyoko Inoue, Nagisa Nozaki, Jaguar Yokota, DASH Chisako, Ayako Sato, Chikayo Nagashima, Chihiro Hashimoto, Yuki Miyazaki, Sakura Hirota, and Haruka Umesaki by eliminating Umesaki last in 10:33.

Bull Nakano paid tribute to Kazama in the ring and there were video tributes.

Kohei Sato, Masayuki Kono, and TORU beat Mitsuru Sato, Keita Yano, and Kengo when Kono pinned Kengo in 12:13 in a Tenryu Project match offering.

Several members of the LLPW roster came to the ring to pay tribute including Miwa Sato, Eagle Sawai, and referee Tommy Ran. The were all wearing the commemorative event t-short with Rumi Kazama’s picture on it.

Tomoko Watanabe (Marvelous) and Takao Inoue (LLPW-X) beat Hanako Nakamori (Pure-J) and Eiger when Inoue pinned Eiger in 11:21.

There was a video message from original Tiger Mask and Akira Hokuto spoke in the ring.

Shinobu Kandori (LLPW-X) and Mayumi Ozaki (OZ Academy) beat Hamuko Hoshi (Ice Ribbon) and Mochi Miyagi (Prominence) when Kandori submitted Miyagi to the Dragon Panther in 10:17. The Dragon Panther was one of Rumi Kazama’s finishers.

There was a 10-Bell Salute to close the show.

Kumamoto Ekimae Pro Wrestling Spring Siege results from Kumamoto, Japan at JR Kumamoto Station on 3/12/22:

This was an outdoor show.

Jaguar Yokota and Kyoko Inoue had a talk show segment together before the matches.

Kyoko Inoue won a 3-Way Match over Asuka and Madeleine by pinning Madeleine with a powerbomb. 

Asosan pinned Batten x Burabura after the Magma Driver.

Ayako Sato and Hanako Nakamori beat Ayame Sasamura and Rina Amikura when Sato pinned Amikura with a German Suplex.

Jaguar Yokota and Chihiro Hashimoto beat Miyuki Takase and Haruka Umesaki when Yokota got the fall on Umesaki.
