Former WWE Champion Big E returned home to Tampa this week. He noted yesterday on Twitter that he was back home:
Appreciate you, man. I’m actually home now but Birmingham took good care of me.

E was hospitalized this past Friday after landing on his head taking an overhead belly to belly suplex on the floor while competing in a tag team bout on FOX's Friday Night Smackdown.
Big E later announced that he had fractured his C-1 and C-6 vertebrae but would not require surgery and had not suffered any damage to his spinal cord.
