THE ROCK GETS NEW NEMESIS IN THIS SEASON OF 'YOUNG ROCK'

Variety is reporting Sean Astin will be joining the cast of "Young Rock" as a recurring guest star in season two playing Dwayne Johnson's childhood nemesis. Astin will play Dr. Julian Echo in the show’s fast-forwards. Dr. Echo, who had run-ins with Dwayne as a kid, is now a chiropractor from Minnesota who holds a grudge against The Rock.

Astin was one of the primary stars of the legendary film The Goonies and appeared in the music video for Cyndi Lauper's song from the film, The Goonies R' Good Enough, which featured appearances from a number of 80s WWF star, including Roddy Piper, Andre the Giant, Lou Albano, The Fabulous Moolah and more:
