BIG E STRETCHERED OUT AFTER SCARY SPOT ON SMACKDOWN

Former WWE Champion Big E was stretchered from ringside by WWE medical personnel after a scary moment during a tag team bout between he and Kofi Kingston vs. Sheamus and Ridge Holland.

After missing a spear to the outside, E was grabbed for a belly to belly overhead suplex on the floor by Holland, but came down on his head and neck.  E did not get back up and after the match ended with Kingston being pinned, Smackdown went to commercial.

During the commercial, E was secured on a stretcher and taken to the back.  He was giving a thumbs up as he was taken to the back.

This was 100% not a work and there is a lot of concern backstage.  We will update as we confirm more.
