They don’t title these shows but if they did, this one might be called “HAHAHAHA F*** YOU, SIDNEY BAKABELLA! Love, Wrestling Open Management”. Yes, the IWTV Manager of the Year (self-proclaimed) is facing his well-deserved reckoning against Little Mean Kathleen tonight in a rare wrestling outing.

In other good news, Alec Price will be testing himself against a surging Rex Lawless! Also, NO RAY JAZ. What are we EVER gonna do without a tip tonight? So sad. So very sad. Boo hoo hoo. Anyways, here’s the spotlight match!

Spotlight Match: Armani Kayos vs “The Torture Artist” Prince Ahmed

Hey, it’s Prince Ahmed! I wanted to see that guy again! Kayos doesn’t speak his language…he only speaks rich. Ahmed tells him to Google It. Kayos with a slap and eats a big dropkick in return. Kayos powders, ducks and hits a one arm straight jacket slam. Good counter. Ahmed eating some feet and a bronco buster for two. Head scissor takedown into a running X factor for two. Ahmed with a twisting neckbreaker, really cool move. Ahmed tries to twist the head off of Kayos, who reverses Ahmed and slams him to the mat!   Kayos can’t put him away. The crowd willing Ahmed back to life. Kayos misses the split leg drop. Hip toss, Blocks a slap and slams Kayos back for two! Ahmed eats a jawbreaker, Kayos with a flatliner and sets up a moonsault. Ahmed up and drop Kayos into a tree of woe, flying headbutt! Kayos out to the floor and the crowd counts him out at 10 before the ref can start. Kayos uses the ref to run Ahmed into the buckles and hits a Rack Attack for the pin. This was a lot of fun and Prince Ahmed just got over in Worcester…improbably as a baby face!

Winner: Armani Kayos

And we’re live on IWTV! Paul Crockett is on commentary. Rich Palladino is your announcer. Let’s goooooo!

Bobby Orlando is out for the opening contest. Mortar ambushes Orlando during his entrance and they brawl around the ring. Mortar gets run into the post, and he takes aim at Orlando’s merch table covered in tiny stuffed goats. Orlando saves the Junior Jr’s and fights into the crowd. UGH I HAVE TO MOOOOOOOVE? Mortar cuts it off, tears up another Bobby Junior Jr and shoves it right in Bobby JR’s face before he leaves the arena. Not a match. This was a fight…and it’s clearly not over.

Match 1: “The Dirty Water Demon” Elijah Six vs Jay Onyx

Members Only takes on The Haven in a singles affair tonight. Onyx in fast with a back drop and inverted atomic drop. Six powders and catches Onyx with a sweep to the apron. Six dodges a cutter into a tilt a whirl backbreaker. Fisherman suplex for two! Six keeping the pressure on, both straight and cheap. Onyx with a suplex reversal! Big lariats! Back elbow! Backbreaker powerslam! Onyx eats a boot. Six get the hooks in but Onyx hits an air raid crash for two! Onyx pulled off the top and hit with a hangman’s pedigree off the second! Kick out?!? Onyx ducks a forearm and hits a butterfly spike piledriver to get the pin!

Winner: Jay Onyx

Match 2: The Amazing Graysons (Tommy & JP Graysons) vs Miracle Generation (Dustin Waller & Kylon King)

The energy between these teams is a lot of fun but you can see the conflict between the Graysons mounting as Tommy berates JP every time he’s on the backpedal. Flash Waller keeps them both in control and brings King in to beat down Tommy. Miracle with top rope arm chops to Tommyand a wheelbarrow splash, shooting star combo for two. JP baits King into distracting the ref and pulls Tommy out of danger. Graysons giving Waller a full on beatdown as they bait King and keep double team pummeling. Big backbreaker from JP for two! Grayson try to go for the kill but Waller hits a handspring double cutter! Tag to King! Huge deadlift German to Tommy for two! Tommy with a jawbreaker and tags JP. Miscommunication and JP takes out Tommy! Miracle Generation with a power plex to JP closes this out!

Winner: Miracle Generation

Tommy is furious at JP. The Grayson arguing in the center. They shove…they fight! Miracle Genration and ref are back in to pull this brawl apart. Tommy grabs the mic. He’s frustrated that the Graysons have yet to get a victory at Wrestling Open. They need to settle it like they did as kids. They need to FIGHT. Cooler head prevail for tonight though and they head to the back. Next week, we’ll see what happens…

Match 3: “The One Man Boy Band” Eric James vs “The Natural Born Thrilla” Randy Rivera

Tell me why…Coral just doesn’t cut his mic off. I’d want it that way. Rivera starts hot and saves us from more singing. Sling blade is early damage but James hits a leg lariat and clubs Randy down. High angle jumping elbow drops for two. Randy catches a corner splash and tosses James overhead. Big clotheslines! Enziguri! Slingshot codebreaker for two! James with a pele kick, neckbreaker and a tiger bomb for two! Rivera eats a tko with a small package! James catches a up and over and hits a tko to the knee for the pin!

Winner: Eric James

Steven Stetson is here with a special announcement. He has a $5k Stetson on his head….and that means he’s filthy rich! The tag team division is very competitive…and he wants in. So he paid scouts to find him the best tag team partner…Fancy Ryan Clancy!

Match 4: “The New Jersey Cowboy” Steven Stetson & “Fancy” Ryan Clancy vs Austin Luke & Reid Walker

Luke and Clancy go hold for hold in the opening grapple. Stetson tags in for a double back elbow. Classic tandem offense. Luke drags Stetson to the corner for a tag but the cowboy gets over on Walker and drives him back for the double team. Clancy gets a pin snuck on him for two. Luke runs Clancy into the buckles, whip corner dropkick! Walker misses a cannonball and the ref distract allows Stetson to hit a big lariat! Austin Luke getting beat up by the cowboy, who tries a step on pin for barely a one. The crowd clearly loves Clancy but he misses an elbow drop, Walker in hot, sliced bread! Luke and Walker kicking Stetson apart! High low drops the cowboy. Clancy in but he’s overwhelmed. Hangman’s cutter/double stomp combo and Clancy is down for the three before Stetson can make the save. Stetson abandons his hired gun in the ring in disappointment. The crowd is glad they can cheer the Fancy Lad.

Winners: Luke & Walker

Match 5: “The Young Prodigy” Marcus Mathers vs Ichiban

Mathers has unfinished business from the 6-man tag last week and it starts with Number One. Certified Banger incoming. Test of strength but Mathers can only keep the shoulders down for one. High angle arm drag to Ichiban! Super fast back and forth sequences to a stalemate as Ichiban throws that number one in Marcus’ face. Mathers baits Ichiban in for a handshake…and Ichiban is ready for the cheap shot. Huge yakuza kick in the corner reverses the flurry. Ichiban with a crack of a dropkick. Mathers escapes the corner punches, traps the head and blasts a knee to the face! Back suplex for…one! Ichiban firing up! Shotgun dropkick! Ichiban hits one punch ten times in the corner! Mathers with a spinning brain buster and Ichiban has to kick out at TWO. High knee and a springboard destroyer to Mathers! Marcus cuts of leg a dive with a forearm. Ichiban tries to block a sunset flip but Mathers pulls at the mask and rakes the eyes. Mathers completes the bridge and gets the pin! This was as good as I’d hoped. The crowd turns on Mathers for his treatment of their numero uno fan fave.

Winner: Marcus Mathers

Match 6: Little Mean Kathleen vs Sidney Bakabella

Channing Thomas is barred from the building and no one can save Sidney from a whipping tonight….right? Bakabella is getting jeered mercilessly by the crowd as he comes out in a singlet and scares LMK with his….manliness? Bakabella refuses to engage repeatedly. He straight up refuses to fight but forces LMK to the corner when pressed into a lockup. LMK presses him to the corner and slaps her. He demands that the match get stopped. He threatens to do something horrible if they don’t stop it. Sidney Bakabella grabs the mic and spoils the plot of the next Batman movie. WHAT A MONSTER. This is my match of the year contender. Sidney beats the count to the ring, LMK puts him on a basic standing arm wringer and Bakabella immediately taps out.

Winner: Little Mean Kathleen

Apparently, This means that the restraining order filed against Teddy Goodz has been lifted! Teddy bursts into the building and confronts a terrified Sidney Bakabella in the crowd. Goodz throws him back in to take some slaps and running stomps. He tries to escape but Goodz throws him back for more stomps! LMK gets draped in a Flavortown flag as Sidney manages to escape to the back. This was some pure magic, weeks in the making.

Main Event: “The Prize” Alec Price vs Rex Lawless

The crowd remains divided on if Alec is the Ace or just straight trash. He thinks he’s a hoss though and Rex is about to test that assertion. Price immediately clears the ring after whipping his jacket into Lawless’ head. Rex wants this fight bad but Price refuses to engage. Even Rich Palladino is getting sick of his garbidge and trying to announce the start of the main event but Price won’t stop clowning Rex. We get the announcements done and Price keeps the ref from ringing the bell as long as he can. Rex finally gets his hands on Price and swings the kid around in the lockup. Price grabs a side head lock and Rex throws him out of the ring like trash. Rex tosses him back in the ring and the Prize is furious. Throat chops and forearms stagger Rex…and that immediately stops when he tries a power move and gets popped up into a uppercut. Huge meaty chops from Lawless. Price with some WEEEEEEAK chops back and hit with a pop up fall away slam. Rex tries a Vader bomb but Price get mad the feet up. Price laying in forearms and uppercuts and straight rights. Price goes for power again…nope. Rex with the big boy slams. Price is still alive and trying to choke Lawless out. Rex charges and sent over the top. Price comes with a dive, Rex catches with a double choke…Price out and hits an apron cannonball! Rex posted and left for dead (or at least a count out). Rex in at 9 but blasted with a running kick! Rex uppercuts him off the top! Face first into the top turnbuckle! Rex with a deadlift superplex!!! Rex firing up! Big lariat! Boot to the face! Running uranage! Price is a rag doll! Rex tries the superplex again…Price fighting out! Rex stunned with a boot. Price tries a double stomp into a destroyer but slips up. Rex hits a one hand chokebomb for two! Rex thudding a shot into Price’s chest as they trade blows on the apron. Rex with a package piledriver to the apron! Price with a foot to the rope at two! Rex poised for a spear but eats a knee. Price escapes a torture rack and hits an AA on Rex Lawless!!! Huge pop are Lawless stands right up! Price dodges a cannonball and Rex is stunned for a match-ending Su-Prize kick!

Winner: Alec Price

Denver Colorado has the mic as Rex vacates the ring. He has ALSO bought ring of honor? Haha Nah fam. He praises this wild crowd for building up over the last two months. 150+ strong weekly now (which definitely is outpacing some of the most recent Uncharted Territory episodes. He reminds everyone that the wrestler gets paid off the gate. And because of the increasing crowd size, a lot of the people in the back are making a larger payday than they do anywhere else. DC is fired up for Wrestling Open and says he’s glad it’s under the Beyond banner but he’s looking forward to a world where this is bigger than Beyond Wrestling itself. What a speech! See you next Thursday!
