THE YOUNG BUCKS VISIT TITAN TOWER, FLIP GORDON 'WELCOMED' TO AEW: BEING THE ELITE RECAP

Matt and Nick Jackson are outside WWE headquarters in Stamford, CT. They say they’re hungry and lost. 

Cut to the parking lot and Bucks show off the production truck that they’re featured on. 

Matt is in a restroom and he shows Brandon his new Diors.

Tony Schiavone is in the locker room and he brings his resume to the Bucks, saying he knows the company is down an EVP.  They say they’re not hiring or giving up any power and they lock him out of the locker room. At the door there is a long line of wrestlers who also want an EVP job and he tells them there’s no job opening. They’re all disappointed. 

Flip Gordon returns to BTE and he gets superkicked in the locker room by Nick and Cole. Then Silver and Reynolds give him their finisher. Camera looks up from Gordon’s POV. Everyone is flipping him off and they say, “Welcome to AEW”.

Alex Reynolds and John Silver tell Adam Cole they have his back in the title match. Turns out they’re talking about the BTE title and 2Point0 say the game is “High/Low” best of 7. They’re tied at 3-3 and Adam Cole beats Matt Lee with a 7 card over a 6 card. He says the belt smells like onions and nutsack.

Cutler Cam recap of the tag team battle royal from Dynamite in Bridgeport, CT. 

Out & About with The Hunk.  Ryan Nemeth with Chris Adonis. Nemeth rambles and Adonis says “wait you’re not Dolph and he walks away.”

Nick and Matt do an interview about all their Jordans. 

Ryan Nemeth is back again at Venice Beach Gold’s Gym and he calls out Arn Anderson for clotheslining him on Dark Elevation. 

Silver and Reynolds are backstage and Adam Page shows up asking if it’s true that they’ve been sleeping with Adam Cole. He wants to make sure they’re not going to be compromised for their six-man tag. Lots of sexual innuendo. 

Danhausen is backstage.

GONG!

Christopher Daniels appears and tells him he doesn’t need to get condiments at the refreshment stand because per his contract there are condiments in his dressing room. 

GONG! (Taco Bell sound FX).

Orange Cassidy appears to Daniels. Daniels asks what he can do for him and Cassidy gives Daniels a pair of his aviator glasses. Daniels puts them on and OC disappears. 

Matt and Nick let Matt Hardy know he passed his drug test. Hardy wants the paperwork but the Bucks say it got lost in the mail. Bucks then says let’s forget about all of that and they offer to induct him into the AEW Hall of Fame. Hardy says there isn’t one. So they offer to put him in the corner of the ROH Hall of Fame. Matt asks if it’s just him or both him and Jeff. They say just Matt and Hardy says that’s a “hard no”.

The show closes with Matt and Nick outside the Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA. On June 3rd, AEW Rampage will be coming to their hometown arena.
