Tag Team Battle Royal for a spot in AEW Revolution's Triple Threat AEW World Tag Team Title Match.
There's 10 teams altogether.
WINNERS: Kyle O'Riley and Bobby Fish
Red Dragon and the Young Bucks argue as AEW World Champion comes down and unloads on Fish and O'Riley. Adam Cole runs down and tries a superkick. He gets caught and clotheslined. Cole bails. John Silver throws O'Riley back in and he gets buck shot lariated by the champion.
Page has the mic and it's Story Time with Adam Page Bay Bay. He talks about the history of Adam Cole's history of winning world titles. Everything they've been through leads to Revolution.
Tony Schiavone is in the back with Bryan Danielson ahead of his match with Daniel Garcia. Danielson likes Garcia. He wants to work with him.
We're back and I may have found a brand of Grey Sail I DON'T like. The things you buy when you visit a brewery...
MJF comes out. He looks sullen and doesn't even want his music played. He talks about how CM Punk made him sad bringing up his childhood. MJF claims he had ADD and a learning disability. Apparently, his being Jewish made him an outcast on his high school football team. He apparently cried and cried until he realized that was the day he would meet CM Punk. He vowed to be just like Punk, the best in the world.
This is a little uncomfortable with all the references to his religion.
MJF was furious when CM Punk left wrestling in 2014. He buries his own dreams and went to college. Still furious with Punk, he vowed to be the Best in the World in spite of Punk. It's a very passionate promo. CM Punk comes out, sans music. He actually seems to be concerned. He asks MJF if it's true. MJF has real tears as he walks away
Tony Schiavone is with Daniel Garcia and 2.0. They are not appreciative of Bryan Danielson's offer to take Garcia under his wing.

He knee strikes PAC and pounds Penta in the corner. Brody King lays out the AEW Security Detail. King gives Black a chair, who lays it out and has Matthews curb stomp Penta into it.
Bridgeport seems to really like Buddy and the lights go out again....when they come back on the House of Black is gone.
We get a Thunder Rosa vs Britt Baker video package, ahead of their title match at Revolution.
Eddie Kingston emerges for his face to face with Chris Jericho. Security is in the ring. Jericho calls him a street thug and Kingston has no idea why they're here. They should be fighting, not Sports Entertaining. Jericho wants to tell a story about Eddie Kingston. When he heard about Kingston, he thought it was Eddie Edwards. When he saw him he thought he looked like a jobber. When he saw the match against what's-his-name he was impressed. Jericho was proud of Eddie for signing a contract with AEW...at 38 years old. Jericho says he never cared about Kingston's sob story. Jericho reminds Kingston that he made it big time at 22. Eddie admits he's not like Jericho. He's kissed up for 30 years. Kingston says he's too tough for Jericho and just wants to fight at Revolution. Jericho says Kingston is a failure, his whole family were failures. Jericho says he's seen them all come and go and knows Eddie can't win the big one. Jericho says he IS the big one and they are on for Revolution. I am completely stunned that security played no role in any of this.
Matt Hardy and Andrade are with Private Party and Hardy tries to pump him up ahead of the TNT title match on Friday and they challenge Sammy, Sting and Darby Allin to a 6 man tornado match at Revolution.

The Young Bucks confront O'Riley and Fish about what happened earlier. Adam Cole is upset. He doesn't need the distraction.
