By Cory Strode on 2022-02-19 00:17:00

It is Friday, it is three hours early, and it's time for Rampage Slam Dunk (because it's the NBA All Star Weekend). It was taped after Dynamite on Wednesday in the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. Our commentary team is Excalibur, Taz, Ricky Starks and Chris Jericho.

Adam Cole vs 10 of the Dark Order

They hook up and 10 just shoves Cole back. Cole comes in for a headlock and keeps it as the run the ropes. 10 knocks down Cole with a shoulder block and then 10 pummels Cole in the Corner. He tosses Cole with as German Suplex. 10 then mounts Cole in the corner, beats him down, but Cole is able to pull 10's leg out from under him. 10 has a leg brace on, and Cole goes to work on it, wrapping it into the post repeatedly.

Cole then pummels 10 in the corner, followed by a neck breaker. Cole tries to suplex 10, but 10 blocks it and hits the delayed vertical suplex. 10 covers for a two. Cole is able to get a kick in on 10's knee and then tosses him to the outside. Cole then slams 10's leg into the steel steps. Cole rolls 10 into the ring and works 10's leg in the corner.

10 is able to stop him with a elbow strike, but Cole hits a pump kick and we go to picture in picture.

When they return to full screen, 10 hits a series of clotheslines and slams Cole. He tries to lock in a full nelson, but Cole hits an insigiri and a back stabber to stop him. Cole covers for a two. Cole hits a series of kicks and 10 hits a discus lariat that drops Cole from a two count. 10 tosses Cole across the ring and Cole hits a knee strike and goes for the Panama Sunrise, but 10 spears him for a two count.

10 goes for the full nelson, but Cole drops down and rolls 10 up for a two count. 10 locks on another full nelson that Cole escapes. 10 goes for the full nelson again, and Cole goes to the corner, pulling the ref in front of him. As the ref is trapped, Cole hits a mule kick, and then hits the Boom knee for the three count.

Your winner: Adam Cole

As Cole walks up the ramp, Bobby Fish and Bobby Fish meet him.

Good match where 10 was a competent opponent to make Cole look strong.

We get a recap of the confrontation between CM Punk and MJF from Wednesday.

Dante Martin vs Powerhouse Hobbs in a Face of the Revolution Qualifying match

Hobbs charges Martin before the bell and Martin is down on the mat when the bell rings. Dante is able to get up and hit a series of kicks and strikes. He leaps on the Hobbs's back and tries for a sleeper, but Hobbs shrugs him off. Hobbs goes to the floor and Martin leaps onto the top rope, allowing Hobbs to knock him back into the ring. Hobbs then drops him on the top rope and then drives his body into Martin, hurling him to the floor.

Hobbs then tosses Martin into the barricade and returns to the ring. He leaves the ring and throws Martin into the ring through the 2nd and 3rd rope. Hobbs tosses Martin across the ring twice. We go to picture in picture.

When we return to full screen, Hobbs tosses a nearly knocked out Martin across the mat. Hobbs tries to pick up Martin for a torture rack, and Martin fights out. Hobbs then hits a standing cross body for a two count. Hobbs pulls down a knee pad and tries to drop a knee, and Martin dodges the drop. Martin then runs into a series of clotheslines and then an uppercut to drop Hobbs for a two count. Hobbs bails to the floor and Martin jumps onto the top rope and hits a tornado dive onto him.

Martin struggles to get Hobbs back into the ring, and when he finally does, Dante hits a drop kick from the top and a two count. Martin lays in a series of forearms, and then tries to whip Hobbs to the ropes. Hobbs instead hits a spine buster and covers for the three count.

Your winner and moving on to the Face of the Revolution match: Powerhouse Hobbs

Tony Schiavone is in the back with Jade Cargill, and Matt Hardy shows with the Bunny and says that Bunny is next. Jade is wearing a full body suit covered in dollar signs. Um. OK.

Serena Deeb vs Angelica Risk in a five minute challenge match

This is Risk's first appearance, since the challenge is for rookies only. Deeb dominates for the two minutes of the match. Deeb wins with a power bomb followed be the serenity lock.

Your winner: Serena Deeb

We get the face off interview with Mark Henry. Jay White introduces himself and Trent Beretta counters that he knows Jay White and he will beat him tonight. Then it's time for the main event.

Jay White vs. Trent Beretta

They lock up, go to the corner and Jay reverses and attacks Trent in the corner. They move to running the ropes and Trent drops Jay and then follows him to the corner to keep control with chops and strikes. Trent is able to hit a over head suplex and Jay rolls to the apron and is able to hit a guillotine on Trent and then runs him into the barricade and apron. Trent then returns the favor. They keep fighting on the floor and Trent tosses Jay into the ring.

After making Trent back off as he hung out on the ropes, he dumps Trent to the floor over the top and we go picture in picture. Sadly, a LOT of good action on the small screen.

When we return to full screen, Jay holds Trent's arm and works the arm as well as kicking Trent in the ribs. Trent tries to fight out, but Jay keeps him down with strikes until Trent whiplashes Jay into the corner. Jay rolls to the floor and Trent goes for a moonsault where Jay was not in position to catch him. Trent tosses Jay into the ring and Trent hits a flying elbow in the corner.

Jay dodges a DDT and hits a Flatliner, and then a dead lift German suplex for a two count. They then sit in opposite corners. Trent is up first and drops Jay with a tornado DDT for a two count. Trent pounds the mat in frustration. He then hits a series of strikes on Jay in the ropes. Trent backs off and then hits a drop kick to Jay, dropping Jay to the floor. Trent goes for a spear and Jay nails him with a knee instead.

Jay hits a headlock suplex on Trent into a chair. He rolls Trent into the ring and hits an enziguiri for a two count. He pulls Trent to his feet and Trent fights free with elbows and hits a shoulder release suplex on Jay. Jay tries for the Blade Runner, but Trent instead hits a half and half (half Nelson, half suplex) and then a running knee strike. Trent covers for two. He pulls Jay up by his hair and tries for the strong zero, but Jay fights it off. Jay gets a smile on his face and gets to his feet. They throw hands. The longer the exchange goes on, the better Jay does until Trent hits a clothesline and then a pile driver for a two count. Trent goes for a suplex and Jay reverses it to the Blade Runner and the pin for the three count and the win.

Your winner: Jay White

Orange Cassidy comes into the ring to check on Trent, and he and Jay have a couple of words.

Cassidy takes off his sunglasses as Jay walks up the ramp and we are desperately out of time!
