Combat Zone Wrestling's slow rebuilding phase after a long hiatus due to the pandemic continues next weekend as the promotion presents its 23rd Anniversary Show next Sunday 2/27 in Blackwood, NJ at Studio Z featuring:
*Rich Swann vs. James Brady vs. Rayo vs. Tyler Andretti.
*Fred Yehi vs. Griffon McCoy.
*Lince Dorado vs. Desean Pratt.
*Zoey Sky vs. Savanna Stone.
*Dante Cabelloro vs. Eran Ashe in a Street Fight.
*The Rep vs. Prolific.
This Sunday afternoon 2/20, CZW will hoat a Scouting Combine 2, looking at new talents, also at Club Z.
CZW is pretty much rebuilding from scratch at this point with a new roster and new backstage personell. There was at one point an agreement in principle to sell the company to Game Changer Wrestling and Orange Crush but the conversations ended without a deal being consumated. Once the rebuilding period is done, there are plans to resume holding marquee events like Cage of Death and Tournament of Death down the line.
The promotion continues to air PPVs in conjunction with Stonecutter Media. This month's PPV features:
