Jordynne Grace beat Janai Kai by referee stoppage with a choke sleeper in a 1st Round Tournament Match.
Violette beat Santana Garrett in a 1st Round Tournament Match with a very unique bridging submission with a leg trapped behind Garrett’s head. Garrett rushed Violette in the ring corner after the match and beat her down to weaken her going into the next round.
Natalia Markova beat Mercedes Martinez in a 1st Round Tournament Match by Disqualification when Martinez refused to release the Dragon Sleeper at the referee’s count of five while Markova had feet in the ropes. Martinez ran the referee off with a chair and hit Markova with it to weaken her into the next round.
Sumie Sakai pinned Deonna Purrazzo in a 1st Round Tournament Match after what looked like a reverse DDT as Purrazzo tried to avoid accidentally bumping the referee. They hugged each other in respect for a long time after the match. Sakai is retiring this year but the story hasn’t been given nearly enough major pro wrestling press.
Natalia Markova pinned Violette after a face plant finisher in a Semifinal Tournament Match.
Jordynne Grace pinned Sumie Sakai after a running Muscle Buster in a Semifinal Tournament Match.
Natalia Markova pinned Jordynne Grace in the Tournament Finals to win the vacant HOG Women’s Title by countering Grace’s choke sleeper with a float over cover.
This was a fun show of all wrestling action and an easy watch with a running time of an hour and fifteen minutes.
