Adam Pearce is in the ring to bring out the participants in the WWE Championship match for the weigh in.
Out first is the challenger, Bobby Lashley, with Montel Vontavious Porter.
Paul Heyman comes out and he says that he is sick of people like Corey Graves stealing his shtick because no one does it as well as him. Paul introduces the WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.
Corey questions Brock's choice of attire and Brock asks if Corey would like for him to get naked. He asks for the weigh in to continue.
Bobby is the first to be weighed. and he comes in at 273 pounds.
Porter mentions that Lashley is closer to a god than a man. 273 pounds of bottled lightning that Brock will have to deal with at the Royal Rumble. Porter says this match was inevitable. Porter says that Bobby is going to gain a little weight after the Royal Rumble, about as much as the title belt.
Brock is asked to get on the scale and Brock has Paul hold his hat. Brock weighs in at 286 pounds.
Lashley says this is pissing him off. You are acting like a fool because you know I am beating you for the title on Saturday. Mark my words, this will be the shortest title run of your entire career. That is not a prediction, that's a spoiler.
Brock asks who is the comedian now. Brock says on Sunday morning, hot off the press, Bobby Lashley beats Brock Lesnar in the Hurt Lock. Brock says we have a new champion. The NEW reigning, defending champion of the world . . . BOBBY WHO.
We take a look back at Bianca Belair winning the Royal Rumble last year and then wining at Wrestlemania.
Zelina says that she will become victorious on Saturday and ascend to her throne at Wrestlemania.
Match Number One: Bianca Belair versus Zelina Vega
They lock up and Bianca sends Zelina to the apron and then pulls her back into the ring with a waist lock and swings her around before sending Zelina to the mat. Zelina with an Irish whip and Bianca floats over and hits a drop kick. Bianca goes for a delayed vertical suplex but Zelina counters with Stundog Millionaire. Zelina kicks Bianca and chokes her in the corner. Zelina with a running knee. Bianca pushes Zelina into the corner but misses a splash. Zelina goes to the turnbuckles but Bianca with a forearm. Bianca presses Zelina over her head but Zelina counters into a rear naked choke.
Bianca backs Zelina into the corner and then snap mares Zelina. Zelina with a head scissors but Bianca lands on her feet. Bianca with drop kicks. Bianca with a suplex and she rolls through into a delayed vertical suplex. Bianca goes for the handspring moonsault but Zelina gets her knees up and goes for Code Red but Bianca blocks it and Bianca with KOD for the three count.
Winner: Bianca Belair
We see how Kevin Owens defeated Damian Priest last week.
Kevin is in the locker room and Burt Patrick ambushes him to ask about Damian Priest. Burt asks Kevin a question and Kevin asks Burt if he says he is lying. Kevin says that Burt's question is moot. He was not faking an injury. He was fighting through the pain and he got a title match out of it. He says he will keep fighting until he is United States Champion.
Match Number Two: Kevin Owens versus Damian Priest for the United States Championship
Priest avoids a stunner at the start of the match and Owens avoids a punch. Owens with chops and punches. Priest with punches in the corner. Owens with an Irish whip and Owens blocks a boot. Priest with forearms. Owens with a back elbow and back senton. Owens gets a near fall. Owens with kicks in the corner and Priest stops a cannonball. Owens avoids a choke slam but Priest with a bicycle kick. Owens goes to the floor and Priest blocks a kick and sends Owens into the ringside barrier. Owens with a super kick to knock Priest off the apron. Owens with a swanton off the apron onto Priest's knees. Priest with a choke slam on the floor.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Priest with a punch and elbow in the corner. Owens escapes a Broken Arrow but Priest boxes the ears. Priest with a DDT for a near fall. Priest puts Owens on the turnbuckles and Owens with a head butt. Owens with more head butts to Priest and a tornado DDT. Owens goes up top and hits a frog splash for a near fall. Owens with a thrust kick and Priest with a boot. Priest with a face plant and spinning heel kick for a near fall. Owens appears to have hurt his leg again and the referee tries to hold back Priest but Priest with kicks. Priest kicks Owens to the apron and Owens drops Priest on the top rope and gets a near fall with a rollup.
Priest avoids a stunner and connects with a clothesline. Priest does his transformation and he kicks Owens in the corner but the referee stops Priest from getting disqualified. Priest with more punches and kicks the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Kevin Owens (by disqualification) [Priest retains]
Rhea Ripley says she will win at any cost to win the Royal Rumble.
Dana Brooke says that this is her year to win the Royal Rumble.
Liv Morgan says she is happy to be living her dream. She says she is going to win the Royal Rumble match and go to Wrestlemania.
Sonya Deville yells at Damian Priest in the back about his actions and she tells him to get things under control because there are consequences.
Tamina says she is going to win the Royal Rumble.
Carmella wonders who would throw her out of the ring. She vows to be the most beautiful person at Wrestlemania.
Nikki says that adversity has made her stronger. She says she will win the Royal Rumble to make Wrestlemania SUPER.
Match Number Three: Rhea Ripley, Dana Brooke, and Liv Morgan versus Carmella, Tamina, and Nikki A.S.H.
Tamina and Dana start things off and Tamina with a back elbow and punches. Tamina with a chin bar on Dana. Dana with elbows and Tamina with a forearm to the back. Dana lands on her feet on a suplex attempt and Rhea tags in and drop kicks Tamina and goes after Nikki but Nikki gets to the floor. Rhea punches Carmella. Rhea with a head butt and kicks to Tamina followed by a drop kick. Rhea with a back heel kick and Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Nikki with a swinging neck breaker to Liv. Dana with a drop kick to Nikki. Carmella tags in and she pushes Carmella. Rhea with the reverse Cloverleaf and Carmella taps out.
Winners: Rhea Ripley, Dana Brooke, and Liv Morgan
After the match, Nikki hits Rhea from behind and leaves the ring.
