For whatever it is worth (and this can always be a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing), Drew McIntyre was featured in a WWE advertisement for the 3/25 Smackdown taping in Brooklyn earlier today. There's been no word on McIntyre's neck since he was spotted in Pittsbugh for testing a few weeks back.
Today's hearing in the Randy Orton tattoo lawsuit was postponed until 1/26 at the last minute. A new trial date will be determined at that hearing.
Konstantine Kyros, the attorney who represented a number of former WWF and WWE performers in the now-dismissed WWE concussion lawsuit, has filed an appeal in an attempt to reverse sanctions he was ordered to pay World Wrestling Entertainment's legal expenses in the case. WWE, at one point, was seeking upwards of $200,000 in legal reimbursements.
