When Sting wrestles tonight on AEW Dynamite, it will be the former NWA and WCW World Champion's first match on TBS since November 2000.
Sting's last bout was against Scott Steiner on an episode of WCW Thunder that aired from Manchester, England.
Sting will team with Darby Allin vs. The Acclaimed on tonight's live AEW broadcast from Washington, DC. It will also be the first time Sting has wrestled in DC since Starrcade 1999, against Lex Luger. Sting won that bout. While Sting was featured on the poster for Starrcade 2000, the final WCW incarnation of that event, he did not wrestle on the show.
