On Saturday afternoon, I attended the AEW Dark tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Here are the results:
The show started off with Tony Khan welcoming everyone to the tapings. Khan brought out Eddie Kingston, who was announced as being unable to wrestle due to an injury.
Eddie thanked the crowd for coming and he mentions how these shows are great for the wrestlers to get some reps as well as being the starting point for future stars.
Match Number One: Colten Gunn and Austin Gunn (with Billy Gunn) defeated Bison and Murantz.
Match Number Two: Leyla Hirsch defeated Katalina Perez.
Match Number Three: Lance Archer defeated Liam Cross.
Match Number Four: Varsity Blonds defeated Adrian Alanis and Liam Gray.
After the match, Tony Schiavone interviewed Garrison and Pillman about their match against the House of Black on Dynamite.
Match Number Five: Red Velvet defeated Vipress.
Match Number Six: Lee Johnson and Brock Anderson (with Arn Anderson) defeated Legs and Curls. After the match, Tony Schiavone interviewed Johnson and Anderson about their match against FTR on Dynamite.
Match Number Seven: Anna Jay (with -1) defeated Tiffany Nieves.
Match Number Eight: Daniel Garcia (with 2 point 0) defeated Anthony Greene. After the match, Tony interviewed Garcia, Lee, and Parker and Garcia vowed to win gold.
Match Number Nine: Bear Country defeated Brandon Bulk and James Ryan.
Match Number Ten: Orange Cassidy and Wheeler Yuta defeated JD Drake and Peter Avalon (with Ryan Nemeth).
Match Number Eleven: Lee Moriarty defeated Joey Janela (with Kayla Rossi.) After the match Tony Schiavone interviewed Lee Moriarty and Lee mentioned that he needed to be more consistent in the ring.
Match Number Twele: Kiera Hogan defeated Mazzerati.
Match Number Thirteen: Diamante defeated Nylo.
Match Number Fourteen: Anthony Ogogo defeated Marcus Kross. Before the match, Ogogo cut a promo
Match Number Fifteen: Penelope Ford defeated Angelica Perez.
Match Number Sixteen: QT Marshall defeated Toa Liona.
Match Number Seventeen: 2point0 (with Daniel Garcia) defeated Ish and Kid Bandit.
Match Number Eighteen: Lance Archer defeated an unnamed opponent.
Match Number Nineteen: Marina Shafir defeated Rekha Tehaka.
Match Number Twenty: Nick Comoroto and Aaron Solo defeated Cam Stewart and Dante Cassanova.
Match Number Twenty-One: Tony Nese defeated Zack Clayton.
Match Number Twenty-Two: Alan Angels and 10 defeated Ariya Daivari and Invictus Kash. After the match, Tony Schiavone came to the ring to interview the Dark Order but QT Marshall interrupted with Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto. Marshall offered them a spot in the Family since he trained them. They refused and brawled with Solo and Comoroto.
