Even the champion has to bend his knee to Cesar Duran. It is silver or lead. To be a jefe you need to show complete power and show that there are consequences for fighting that power. What does any of that matter.
The tag team champions talk about facing the Von Erichs and Rivera mentions it is convenient you are back when they are in your backyard. We don’t care about entitlement. Boogie says they survived the concrete jungle. Rivera tells the Von Erichs not to bring their family to see what is going to happen to them.
Match Number One: Slice Boogie and Rivera (with Konnan) versus Skalibur and Destiny
Before the bell rings, Rivera and Boogie attack Skalibur and Destiny.
Boogie chops Destiny and so does Rivera. Boogie sends Destiny to the mat and then Rivera with a double stomp. Skalubur with a knee to send Rivera to the floor. Boogie with a chop and we go to commercial.
We are back and Destiny with a suicide dive onto Rivera and Boogie. Skalibur with a twisting plancha. Rivera is sent back into the ring and Destiny with a splash but Rivera floats over on a second attempt. Rivera with a forearm and Destiny misses a handspring move. Rivera slaps Destiny. Rivera with a clothesline and Boogie with a kick and suplex. Boogie gets a near fall. Rivera tags in and Boogie with a punch. Rivera with kicks and punches.
Rivera chokes Destiny in the corner and Boogie chokes Destiny. Rivera gets a near fall. Rivera with a chin lock on Destiny. Destiny with chops but Rivera with a suplex for a near fall. Boogie tags in and Rivera with a kick. Boogie with a slam and Rivera tags in and he hits a slingshot senton for a near fall. Boogie tags in and he punches Destiny. Boogie with a slam and elbow drop for a near fall. Boogie with an Irish whip and Rivera with a kick and then they take care of Skalibur. Rivera gets a near fall. Rivera with a forearm and he misses a splash. Destiny with a missile drop kick. Skalibur tags in and hits a springboard clothesline. Boogie catches Skalibur and gets Skalibur on his shoulders. Skalibur with a drop toe hold and then he sends Rivera to Destiny for a power bomb onto Boogie and Skalibur gets a near fall. Boogie and Rivera with forearms. Rivera with a kick and assisted DDT. Boogie with a kick to Skalibur and Rivera with a double stomp into a Death Valley Driver for the three count.
Winners: Slice Boogie and Rivera (retain championship)
After the match, Konnan takes the mic and he says they demonstrated why they are the best tag team in the world. Aerostar and Drago are saying a lot in the back.
Aerostar and Drago hit the ring and they go after the champions. They all fight to the floor. Rivera takes care of Aerostar and Drago with punches to Slice. They fight to the back.
We go to Alicia Atout in San Juan with Savio Vega.
Savio talks about Puerto Rico but Alicia asks about what happened with Cesar. Savio says he did not like what happened to Hammerstone. He says he wants his IWA back. Duran told him if he beats Pagano he will get his company back.
We take a look at what happened between NZO and KC Navarro.
Emilio Sparks ambushes NZO in the parking lot and asks him about his attack on KC Navarro. NZO says he likes KC and he taught him a valuable lesson. Never turn your back on anyone. It’s disrespectful.
We are told that Davey Richards has signed a multi-year contract with MLW.
We see Davey walking with his Opera Cup Trophy.
We see a tweet from Court Bauer about Alex Hammerstone.
Emilio Sparks ambushes Richard Holliday and Holliday sees the masked associates and he wants to get past them to enter a room. Alicia holds Holliday back and tells him it is not worth it.
We go to commercial.
We are back with a video for EJ Nduka. He says football was everything him and he wanted to go to the NFL. He went to the NFL combine in 2012 and he set a record for reps and he talks about his other results. After his career ended, he had that drive and he was still hungry. He wanted to compete and he started bodybuilding. He performed professionally but he got there faster than most. As an athlete you don’t want to be sitting around. He mentions that MLW is coming to Dallas and it is his homecoming. EJ says that he is with the number one company, MLW.
We go to comments from 5150 about Aersotar and Drago. They are handed a note from a masked associate.
Next week, Aerostar and Drago will face Slice Boogie and Rivera for the MLW Tag Titles.
We are told that NZO has been suspended for not issuing an apology to KC Navarro.
Match Number Two: Alex Kane (with Mr. Thomas) versus Aerostar for the National Openweight Championship
They lock up and Kane sends Aerostar to the mat. They lock up and Kane sends Aerostar to the mat a second time. They lock up and Kane sends Aerostar into the corner but misses a splash. Aerostar with a kick and a corkscrew splash and a head scissors that sends Kane to the floor. Aerostar misses a forearm but connects with elbows and forearms. Kane catches Aerostar on a springboard move and hits a fallaway slam.
Kane kicks Aerostar and connects with forearms. Kane chokes Aerostar in the ropes and Thomas chokes Aerostar and hits him with a forearm. Kane with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex for a near fall. Kane with crossfaces to Aerostar. Kane goes for a suplex but Aerostar lands on his feet and hits an enzuigiri. Aerosar with a drop toe hold that sends Kane into the ropes and a double knee to the back. Aerostar with a springboard plancha onto Kane and Thomas.
Thomas gets on the apron and the referee talks to him while Aerostar goes up top. Rivera pushes Aerostar off the turnbuckles. Boogie with a clothesline. Kane with a head and arm choke and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Alex Kane (retains Championship)
We go to Emilio Sparks preparing to ambush Cesar Duran while he is on the phone outside his office.
Duran asks about Hammerstone.
Duran says you cannot find any good help these days.
Duran yells at the masked associate and he gives him a note but Duran asks him where are his gloves.
EJ Nduka shows up and he wants to know where is Hammerstone.
Duran asks Nduka to join him inside.
Nduka says we need to find Hammerstone.
Duran and Nduka enter the room and Sparks says he is going to find the henchman.
We go to commercial.
We are back with a video for Bestia 666.
We go to a video for Mads Krugger and he is being held back by henchmen.
Karlee Perez says that this is the arena that Contra staged their occupation.
Krugger says MLW is no longer his concern. He wants the betrayer. He demands the Judas. He wants Fatu.
Karlee says she can feel his pain but he has to earn his vengeance.
Krugger wants to know what is her price and he demands Fatu.
Perez asks him to face a Gremlin from Hell.
Krugger says he will do anything to claim his trophy.
Perez tells Krugger he will face Bestia 666.
Krugger says he will annihilate him.
Bestia and Krugger will meet in a Tijuana Street Fight next week.
Emilio Sparks is waiting to ambush the henchman from earlier today.
He tells two of his fellow henchmen to leave and Emilio follows.
We go to Gnarls Garvin working out and he screams that he is in MLW to prove something. You don’t have to be an athlete to be successful.
We see Davey Richards in the back and he does not have the Opera Cup with him.
Match Number Three: Savio Vega versus Pagano in a Hardcore Match
As Pagano enters the ring, Vega punches Pagano and the referee calls for the bell to start the match.
Vega kicks and chokes Pagano. Vega chokes Pagano again. Vega punches and chokes Pagano. Vega with punches to Pagano in the corner. Vega with a chair to the back and head. Vega with a clothesline and chop for a near fall. Vega punches Pagano and Pagano avoids a clothesline. Pagano with a clothesline. Pagano kicks Vega.
Pagano with a chop and he goes to the apron. Pagano with a slingshot elbow drop for a near fall. Pagano with many punches and Vega falls to the mat. Vega with a thrust to the throat and a punch. Vega chokes Pagano and then he chokes Pagano with the chair. They go to the floor and Vega punches Pagano. Vega with a thrust to the throat. Pagano sends Vega into a fence. Pagano with a boot to the head.
Pagano with punches and Vega starts to bleed. Pagano gets a an axe handle but Vega punches Pagano in the midsection. Vega gets a near fall. Vega with an Irish whip and Pagano with a knee.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Pagano with a missile drop kick. Pagano puts Vega on the turnbuckles and punches him. Pagano pours thumbtacks on the mat. Pagano goes up top and sets for a superplex but Vega sends Pagano onto the thumbatcks but Pagano throws a handful of thumbtacks into Vega’s eyes. Pagano puts a chair on Vega and hits a corkscrew moonsault for the three count.
Winner: Pagano
We are reminded about the tag title match next week.

Mads Krugger will face Bestia 666 in a Street Fight.
We go to Emilio Sparks in a hallway that has the name of former MLW and Lucha Underground talents.
The henchman is knocking on a door with Hammerstone’s name on it.
Hammerstone reaches through an opening in the door and grabs the henchman. He pulls off the mask and it is Richard Holliday who helps Hammerstone escape.
Hammerstone holds his shoulder as they walk past Sparks.
