TMZ.com is reporting that comedian Bob Saget passed away today while on tour in Florida. He was only 64 years old.
While Saget made a massive mark in the entertainment world with Full House and America's Funniest Home Videos, as well as his own far more adult standup career, he did make several appearances in realm of independent wrestling.
In 2010, Saget appeared in an in-ring segment opposite Jon Moxley, Luke Hawx and YAMATO at a Dragon Gate USA event in Phoenix, Arizona. The appearance came about as Saget was filming material for his A&E series Bob Saget's Strange Days, a comedic-documentary series that saw Saget immersing himself in different subcultures:
Saget was also, briefly, the CHIKARA Commissioner, popping up for a cameo following a big brawl at an event in Philadelphia:
