NJPW STRONG REPORT: KINGSTON VERSUS KIDD, AND MORE

Match Number One: DKC versus TJP

DKC with a drop kick as the bell rings and he follows with forearms and chops in the corner. DKC with more forearms. TJP goes to the floor and DKC with a drop kick through the ropes. They return to the ring and DKC with a slam for a near fall. DKC with another slam and he gets a near fall. DKC goes for a reverse chin lock but TJP escapes and he hyper-extends the arm and leg. TJP with a forearm to the back of the head. DKC with an Irish whip and TJP floats over. DKC with a suplex and he gets a near fall.

DKC kicks TJP in the back. DKC with a forearm and TJP goes into the ropes and DKC misses a drop kick. TJP gets a near fall. TJP kicks DKC and chokes him. TJP with a face wash and a running boot to the head. TJP with a slam and a slingshot senton for a near fall. TJP with a snap mare and reverse chin lock with the leg to put the arm in a hammer lock.

DKC with elbows and TJP with a forearm to the back of the head. DKC goes for a drop toe hold but TJP blocks it and he applies a figure four leg lock. DKC crawls to the ropes to force a break. TJP kicks and chokes DKC and the referee pulls TJP off DKC. DKC with a leg lariat and chops. DKC trips TJP and hits a bulldog. DKC with chops and a take down followed by a fist drop for a near fall.

DKC goes for an exploder but TJP with a rollup. DKC blocks the Detonation Kick and DKC with a rollup for a near fall. DKC with a round kick for a near fall. TJP blocks a back fist and gets a near fall with a rollup. TJP with a belly-to-back suplex. DKC misses a splash into the corner and TJP goes for a tornado DDT but DKC blocks it. TJP with a rollup for a near fall. TJP with a drop kick to DKC and a frog splash for the three count.

Winner: TJP

Match Number Two: Hikuleo and Chris Bey versus Jordan Clearwater and Keita Murray

Bey and Murray start things off and they lock up. Murray with a wrist lock into a hammer lock. Bey with a side head lock. Bey with a handstand head scissors but Murray with a rollup for a near fall. Bey with a rollup. Murray with a rollup for a near fall. Jordan tags in and he slams Becy and Murray with a knee drop and Clearwater with a leg drop for a near fall. Jordan gets Bey up for a slam but Bey rakes the eyes to escape and Hikuleo tags in. They go face to face and Hikuleo pushes Jordan. Jordan with a forearm and Hikuleo misses a clothesline. Jordan with a knee but Hikuleo stays on his feet. Jordan with a shoulder tackle and Hikuleo stays on his feet again. Hikuleo with a shoulder tackle to Jordan and then he knocks Murray off the apron.

Hikuleo kicks Jordan in the chest and back. He chokes Jordan in the ropes. Bey chokes Jordan in the ropes while the referee keeps Murray on the apron. Hikuleo with a series of near falls. Hikuleo sends Jordan into the turnbuckles and Bey tags in. Jordan with punches and Bey with a knee. Hikuleo tags back in and he knocks Murray off the apron again. Bey with an elbow in the corner and Hikuleo with a side slam for a near fall.

Hikuleo with chops to Jordan and he gets a near fall with a Jericho cover. Hikuleo with a hard Irish whip and Bey tags in. Bey with a snap mare and elbow to the back for a near fall. Bey with a reverse chin lock. Jordan with elbows and punches but Bey with a back heel kick. Bey goes for a sunset flip but Jordan blocks it. Bey with a drop kick for a near fall. Bey with a front face lock and Hikuleo tags in.

Hikuleo with a double sledge to the back. Hikuleo with a splash into the corner and he gets a near fall. Hikuleo with a reverse chin lock. Jordan with elbows but Hikuleo with a back elbow and he gets Jordan on his shoulders. Jordan escapes and tags in Murray. Murray knocks Bey off the apron. Murray with a jaw breaker to Hikuleo and a kick. Murray sends Hikuleo into the turnbuckles and hits a missile drop kick. Bey tags in and Murray with a cutter and drop kick followed by a flatliner for a near fall. Jordan comes in and he sets for a power bomb but Hikuleo chokes him and then does the same to Murray. Murray and Jordan with chops and then Jordan is sent to the floor. Hikuleo with a forearm to Murray and a boot to Jordan. Murray with a back heel kick but Bey with a round kick and then he hits an accordion jumping knee for the three count.

Winners: Hikuleo and Chris Bey

Match Number Three: Eddie Kingston versus Gabriel Kidd

Eddie does not want to play Kidd’s games and backs up into the corner. They lock up and go to a stalemate. Kingston misses a spinning back fist on a break. Kidd with a kick and forearms. Eddie with chops. Kidd with forearms and a boot. Eddie with more chops. Kidd with a boot to the chest and Eddie goes down. Kidd with a chop and Eddie with a thumb to the eye.

The referee warns Kingston and Kidd with punches and forearms. Kidd with a snap mare and kick to the back. Kidd with another kick to the back. Kingston slaps Kidd to send him to the mat. Eddie’s straps come down and Eddie with knees to the midsection followed by a chop and kicks. Kingston with a snap mare and kick to the back. Kidd with forearms and Eddie wants more. Eddie slaps Kidd and sends him to the mat. Kingston with forearms to the back followed by a chop. Kingston with a dragon sleeper and Kidd gets to the ropes to force a break.

Kingston slaps Kidd a few times. Kingston with chops. Kidd with chops of his own and Eddie shows him how it is done. Kidd kicks Eddie in the head. Kidd with a chop. Eddie pie faces Kidd and Kidd with a chop. They go back and forth. They go to slaps and Kidd struggles to stay on his feet. Kidd with a chop and he has some words for Eddie. Eddie with a thumb to the eye. Kidd with a punch.

Kingston with a chop and Kidd with a running clothesline. Kingston with a clothesline and Kidd stays on his feet. Kidd with a forearm and Saito suplex for a near fall. Kid with an exploder but Kingston with an exploder. Kidd pops up and hits a European uppercut and a clothesline. Kidd with a clothesline and a brainbuster. The referee starts his count and Kidd is the first to his feet. Kidd goes for a Tiger Driver but Eddie blocks it and Eddie with slaps and a DDT. Eddie goes for a piledriver but Kidd drops to the mat. Kidd blocks a piledriver attempt and Eddie with Kawada kicks and Eddie with a sit out power bomb for a near fall.

Eddie with a back fist and Kidd stys on he feet. Kidd ducks a back fist and hits a German suplex. Eddie holds his neck after hitting the mat. Kidd with a clothesline into the corner followed by forearms. Kingston with a back fist and Saito suplex for a near fall. Kidd with slaps to Kingston and Eddie with a Dragon suplex and spinning back fist for the three count.

Winner: Eddie Kingston
