The 2021 WWE Survivor Series PPV was officially released on DVD on 12/28. Unless there is a change to plans, that will be the last WWE physical DVD release going forward in the foreseeable future. There were solicitations for Day 1 and Royal Rumble 2022 DVD releases that have since been pulled from Amazon and other retailers.
The Bob Backlund autobiography, which was absolutely excellent, will have a paperback release this March.
Backlund and Jimmy Hart will be signing at the 1/29 Big Apple Trading Card Show at the New Yorker Hotel in NYC.
WWE will return to Boston, MA at the TD Garden. Based on last night's live event, the lineup should feature:
*WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns & WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions vs. Big E & The Viking Raiders.
WWE Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan vs. Bianca Belair in a Triple Threat match
*WWE Smackdown Women's Champion Charlotte vs. Naomi with Sonya Deville as the special guest referee.
*WWE United States Champion Damian Priest issues an open challenge.
*WWE Raw Tag Team Champion Matt Riddle vs. Austin Theory.
*Xia Li vs. Natalya.
*Sheamus vs. Rick Boogs.
*Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, Bobby Lashley, Dolph Ziggler will also appear.
