Punk says that this happens every time MJF has a match until he steps in the ring with him. Punk says he won't be in line for a title with a losing record. MJF tries to go after Punk verbally, and says without him, Punk is nothing. He runs down Punk more saying that if he isn't shown some respect, maybe HE will main event a Wrestlemania, unlike Punk.
Punk says he just wants to do is kick his ass, and they trade words.
MJF loses his temper and says that if Punk wants to fight him, next week it will be CM Punk verses......
…..
...Wardlow.
Good confrontation and again, the “insider” stuff wasn't used to be smart, it was them venting their anger at each other and built the feud as being personal. I also liked that Punk is messing with MJF in a way we haven't seen in a long time.
We get a promo from Go Big and Battle of the Belts combined.
Jericho is on his way to the ring and we get a rousing sing along from the Chorus of New Jersey. Jericho talks about how 2.0 took him out but he came back last week to get revenge on them. Your winner and first TBS Champion: Jade Cargill
This was NOT a smooth match, and Jade was out of position a few times and stumbled a bit her and there, but she's the one they think is a future star.
Jim Ross has a taped interview with Serena Deeb about her feud with Hikaru Shida. Deeb says she wanted it to be civilized matches, but Shida made it personal and she is not on her level. Deeb says they will meet next week and Shida will not be walking out on her own.
