It's Wednesday, and it's time for New Year's Smash from Daly's Place in Jacksonville Florida for the LAST AEW Dynamite on TNT. Our commentary team is Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, and the returning Jim Ross, who has completed his cancer treatments.
Jurassic Express, Christian Cage, and the Lucha Brothers vs FTR, Private Party, and Matt Hardy
We are starting with a 10 man tag match, so you know it has to be bullet point time.
Christian Cage and Cash Wheeler start the match collar and elbow into the corner, which Dax Harwood trying to sneak in to interfere, but is caught by the ref.
Cage is able to get out fo a front chancery and goes for a kill switch that Cash gets out of and hits a flapjack on Cash before pummeling him the corner.
Jungle Boy tags in and Dax tags in
They trade blows and chops in the corner
They run the ropes and JB hits a series of kicks and blows
Cage tags in and works Dax over and tags in JB
JB tries to get the snare trap and Dax escapes and tags out
Rey Fenxi tags in so we get Lucha Bros double teaming the newly tagged in Isiah Kassidy
JB tags in and Marq Quen tags in and he tags in Matt Hardy, who gets a two count on JB after Quen works over JB
JB is worked over in FTR corner, where they work him over with quick tags
JB is brought to the middle of the ring by Hardy and he works free.
The Lucha Bros take out everyone with double team moved and Fenix gets a two count on Quen after a senton.
Quen is able to drop Fenix and he is dragged to Private Party's corner for quick tags.
Fenix is able to break free and take out FTR with the two rope leap and tags in Luchasaurus, who cleans house
Penta hits a blind tag after Luchasaurus hits a choke slam on Dax.
Everyone is fighting everyone until only Luchasaurus is left in the ring with Dax.
Cage tags himself in, causing him and Luchasaurus to have works. As they are arguing, FTR hits the Big Rig and Dax covers Cage for the three count.

Eddie Kingston, Santana and Ortiz vs 2.0 and Daniel Garcia
Eddie and Matt Lee start the match and Matt cheap shots Eddie while Eddie is glaring at Garcia. Eddie is able to take down Matt. The brawl goes to the outside and everyone gets involved. Eddie and Matt return to the ring and Matt tags in Jeff Parker. Eddie hits a slam on Parker. Eddie headlocks Parker and drags him to his corner for Ortiz to tag in and he hits a headlock, and a arm drag, while Parker hits an ankle pick to reverse things.
Parker gets a two count and Ortiz kicks out and tags in Santana. They hit a double team series of kicks and blows. Garcia gets tagged in and Santana works him over in the corner. Sanatna hits the three amigos and then chops him, driving him into his corner when Eddie attacks Garcia from outside the ring. Ortiz is tagged in and they hit a double team slam and gets a pin for two. Ortiz strikes, bides and then tosses Garcia to the ropes when he gets a blink tag. Ortiz is tripped as he goes to the ropes, and Eddie charges into the ring. Ortiz is beat down outside the ring and when he is tossed in Matt keeps him down in his corner as they go to picture in picture.
When they return to full screen, Ortiz is struggling to get to his corner with Garcia holding him back. Ortiz is able to tag in Eddie, who attacks Garcia and beats him down. After he's done so, he tags in Santana. Santana goes for the standing moonsault on Matt, but Matt gets his knees up. He roklls up Santana with a handful of tights and gets the three count.
Your winners: 2.0 and Daniel Garcia
After the match, 2.0 and Garcia beat down Santana, and Garcia brings in the ring bell. Eddie crawls in to try and stop them, but Garcia beats him down. Garcia then lays out Santana with the ring bell...and Jericho's music hits.
Jericho runs out to the ring with Floyd the bat and clears the ring.
Eddie calls for the music to be cut off and goes face the face with Jericho. They jack jaws and start to face off with Ortiz getting between them to cool things off.
We then go to a taped promo from MJF who is going to talk about unsafe working conditions. He was tossed over the top rope by the untrained Sting. He then says that they people want him and Punk to fight, but Punk was running from him. MJF says that Wardlow gets into the Battle Royal and win the TNT Title so he can turn it over to MJF. Mark Spears comics in to explain Wardlow's contract forces that clause.
Tony Schiavone is with the Lucha Brothers and Christian Cage shows with Jurassic Express and he says the time for their match for the title is next week. The Lucha Brothers accept.
Wardlow vs Colin Delaney
Poor Colin. Massive clothesline and 4 power bombs later:

Shawn Spears waffles Colin with a chair as he tries to walk to the back.
Kyle O'Reilly and the Elite are in the back with Adam Cole saying that they will win tonight. Matt is upset that Kyle hasn't even said hello to them yet. Kyle asks the Bucks and Bobby Fish to leave. He says that he and Cole have had issue in the past and he wants to know if Cokle will have his back tonight.
In the ring, Dan Lambert and the Men of the Year are in the ring. Dan starts trashing Cody and how Arn Anderson has become a whore to Cody. They go after Brandi and then go after Cody.
Brandi comes to the ring, trashing Don and calling him a less talented version of Paul Heyman. She says when is the last time a woman beat him up he wasn't paying for it. They go back and forth..and the earrings are coming out. Dustin Rhodes gets between then and Ethan Page lays out Dustin while he is holding Brandi back.
We get a video going over the hour long match between Adam Page and Bryan Danielson and hyping the rematch next week.
Thunder Rosa vs Jade Cargill TBS Tournament Semi Finals
Thunder Rosa comes out with the claws of the Marvel character X-23, so I'm on her side.
Rosa takes Cargill out of the ring, leaps on Mark Sterling, and Cargill attacks Rosa from behind outside the ring. They brawl outside the ring, and Rosa seems to be the first person to get the upper hand on Cargill. Cargill tosses Rosa in the ring after pushing her into the ring post. Rosa is able to keep up the fight and hits a Dragon Screw into the ropes. Rosa slips off the rope and still hits Cargill, but Cargill hits a pump kick as we go to picture in picture.
When they return to full screen, Rosa is working over Cargill's leg in the corner and the announcers are selling the Cargill has an injured leg. She covers for a two count. Rosa keeps Cargill on the mat and works over that leg. When Rosa goes for a clothesline, Cargill hoists her up for a Samoan drop, but her leg is still hurt, making her unsteady after the move. Cargill lifts Rosa up for a modified torture rack, but her leg gives out and she can't hold her.
Rosa hits a knee breaker and locks in a figure four. Cargill is able to make it to the ropes for the break. Sterling gets on the ropes to distract the ref, and a masked figure nails Rosa in the corner. Cargill hits the jaded since Rosa is knocked out and covers for the three count.
Your winner and going to the TBS Tournament finals next week to face Ruby Soho: Jade Cargill
Rosa attacks Cargill, but the masked figure attacks her. The figure takes off her mask and it's Mercedes Martinez. They go back to the attack until Ruby Soho runs to the ring to drive them off.
We get a recap of the match between Kris Statlander and Leyla Hirsch and how Leyla would not shake hands afterwards.
This is followed by a recap of the issues between Britt Baker and Riho.
CM Punk comes to the ring to address Daly's Plaza for the first time ever. He says how great it is to see JR back in the booth. He then talks about how Daily's Place and how it gets him to think about Brodie Lee. He think talks about MJF being a Twitter troll in the flesh. He talks about how MJF hid behind FTR last week. He says if MJF is done with him, he will be on to bigger and better things, since MJF is a bigger waste of Khan money than Tim Tiebow.
He then says it would be a real shame if someone interfered with MJF's quest for gold.
We get a video promo from Powerhouse Hobbs and Ricky Starks about hwo the aren't done with Dante Martin.
Sammy Guevara comes out to show signs during the commercials. He has resolved to win back his title.
We get a video of Hikaru Shida accepting Serena Deeb's challenge.
In the ring, Tony is with Brian Pillman Jr. who says that his partner walked into the House of Black and how he tried to protect his partner Griff Garrison. He calls out Malakai Black for a match.
But then the lights go out.
Black is on the entry ramp and the lights go out again.
When they come back on, he is gone.
We get a rundown of the card for Rampage on Friday (that's right, New Year's Eve, and I'll be with you to cover the show that night). We get taped Promos from Anthony Bowens and Max Caster as well as Sting and Darby Allin for the Bowens vs Allin match Friday night.
Kyle O'Reilly, Bobby Fish, and Adam Cole vs Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, and Trent Baretta
Fish and O'Reilly get the reDRagon music and logo when they come out.
Chuck and Kyle start the match, run the ropes and then Trent is tagged in. They trade blows and kicks in the middle fo the ring. Neither one gets an advantage. Cassidy and Fish are tagged in. Cassidy does the soft kicks, causing Fish to attack him, and Cassidy rolls him up for a one count. Cassidy keeps avoid Fish until he is in the ring alone. Cassidy puts his hands in his pockets and Cole jumps into the ring and drops him, allowing Fish to roll in and toss him to his corner.
Cole is tagged in then Cassidy dodges him, shoves him to his corner and Trent is tagged in. Trent works over Cole in their corner and then tags in Chuck. We then get all six men in the ring and the referee has lost all control of the match. Cole is in charge and tosses Chuck to the outside as we go picture in picture.
When they return to full screen, Chuck is outside the ring, and Kyle attempts an attack but Chuck whips him into the barricade. Chuck goes into the ring and Cole is able to drop him for a two count. As Chuck is recovering, Cole hits Cassidy with a blindside super kick knocking him to the floor.
Cole tags in Kyle, who runs into a big book from Chuck, who tags in Trent. Trent cleans house and hits a DDT from the ropes onto Kyle and covers for a two count. Bobby is tagged in and he and Kyle run forever splashes on Trent in the corner before the assisted leg drop and a cover for a two count. Trent is allowed to recover and hit a double stomp from the corner and tags in Cassidy who is able to clean house again.
He is cut off by Kyle and Bobby, who shove Cole out of the way of Cassidy's attack and hit him with an assisted DDT followed by a suplex for a two count. Bobby is tagged in and Cole hits a super kick, and Bobby hits the Hi Lo for a two count broken up by Trent.
Everyone is fighting on the ramp and Trent is drops across the rope. Cole super kicks Chuck. The brawling outside the ring continues. Cassidy gets a diving DDT on Cole inside the ring for a two count. Cole gets hit with a pile driver from each of the Best Friends and Cassdiy then hits a Beach Break for a two count. Kyle drags cole to the corner for a tag and he starts kicking Cassidy in the head until Cassidy grabs his foot. Kyle keeps kicks Cassidy and goes for move from the ropes, but Cassidy dodges and Kyle kicks Cole in the face and off the apron.
Cassidy goes for the pin and gets a two count. Chuck is tagged in and Trent comes in so they can get the soul food. Brandon Cutler runs to the ring and gets taken out by the Best Friend. The Bucks run in while the ref is is distracted and hits super kicks on the Best Friends. Bobby and Kyle hit Chasing the Dragon and cover Chuck for the three count and the win.

Cole stays outside the ring with the Young Bucks as Bobby and Kyle have their hands raised in vidtory and we are desperately out of time.
