Is it me or have we gotten way too much of The New Day vs. The Usos?

It's absolutely you.  To me, that's like complaining there's too much of the Midnight Express vs. The Fantastics.  You can never have enough great tag team wrestling in my mind.

Why do you think there remains more nostalgia for ECW than WCW?

I think there's certainly interest in WCW, but if I am reading your question correctly, I think you mean why wasn't there a huge outpouring for it similar to ECW.  In my opinion, it comes down to the fact that by the time WCW imploded and was sold off, a lot of what meant the most to the company was already gone and it really was WCW in name only.     ECW fans remained romantic about that company because all the way to the end, it was pretty much their ECW as they liked it.  WCW fans had moved on.   So, things like the NWO will still be remembered fondly as will the Crow version of Sting or Ric Flair, but there was never an outpouring of "THIS NEEDS TO COME BACK" because the last few years of it didn't resemble what WCW and the NWA before that meant to wrestling fans who loved that product.

With last night's Smackdown angle, how do we really know that Paul Heyman is now a babyface?

If Heyman starts wearing a baseball cap again, consider him a babyface!

As I watch old WWE Raws on Peacock, seriously, why did WWE kill off Edge's first title run after a few weeks???  It was obvious he was the hottest thing in the company at the time.  I am getting mad watching it unfold even though it was years ago!!

WWE wanted the title on John Cena leading into Wrestlemania at the time, which at the time I thought was completely insane as there was obviously something special there with Edge's first run.  In hindsight, it probably was just a short run to see if the proof of concept of Edge as a legitimate main eventer could work.  I remember being there in Albany when he cashed in Money in the Bank on Cena and the place was just electric walking out as everyone knew they saw a moment.  Then, it was snuffed out a few weeks later.  It worked out for Edge for sure, but going into 2006's Wrestlemania, I was amazed at WWE truly blowing it with his creative.  If you remember at the time, they had something really unique there with Cena and Ric Flair both chasing Edge plus Triple H looming on the horizon.  It's another case of WWE cutting something off in the moment that could have been something awesome, in my opinion.

True or false: Hogan vs. Cena at Wrestlemania 25.

100% true.  Hogan injured his back training for the bout, needed surgery and the match never happened.
