The word making the rounds today in Memphis, TN at the Raw taping is that WWE Hall of Famer and all-time great Jerry Lawler has inked a new deal with the company.
We are told Lawler's current deal would have expired at the end of the year but he'll be remaining with the company. There is no word on the length of his new contract as of this writing.
Lawler first debuted for WWE back in 1993 and is one of the most important figures in Memphis wrestling history. Lawler, who still competes in the ring outside of WWE, also operates King Jerry Lawler's Hall of Fame Bar & Grille in Memphis.
